How can I put a wallpaper that has the same resolution as the screen? Android asks me to box a portion of the Wallpaper rather than just applying the whole thing.
You could try Ultra Wide HD Wallpaper from the android market
Try "wallpaper wizardrii" from the play store

THIS!
I highly recommend it.
make sure you set the image quality to 100% in setting.
Multipicture Live Wallpaper sets images correctly.
I never have to crop or trim the wallpapers I get from:

Does an app exist that allows you to edit the size of an image? Like a wallpaper that gets cut off on the sides of the main screen. If I could change the size of the image it would look better.
Thanks

I usually just use Multi picture live wallpaper. It let's you fit the image to the size of the screen without cutting it off.

I was wondering how can you set a picture to be a wallpaper without cropping? I tried stretching the box but it just can't make the whole picture as my wallpaper.

If you are only going to use it in portrait mode you can download an app called wallpaper wizardrii. It will allow you to crop the picture for portrait only.

I've been struggling to find a way to keep wallpapers from looking grainy. I found that the resolution has to be higher than 1900x1200 because of the "cross" that android uses, cutting out and zooming on a picture. I'm going to give you guys a link to a pack that I have been working on that looks good on my tablet and DNA. 99% of the wallpapers look good. There are 2 that may not be suitable for work but they are nudity free.

To keep wallpapers from losing quality when you set them, use Image 2 Wallpaper. Great app.
MultiPicture Live Wallpaper is great.
And you also have AnimGIF LWP for using gif files as wallpaper
