biohazard is a stable & very smooth rom + has a very nice batterylife! really worth it
InDroid Remics V3 is Superb +++
I would recommend BioHazard. No reason though, both are great imo ^^
If u like music and simple used with toggle and rom control,use Indroid,they have lots of tweaking inside like audio tweak,ram script,sdcard boost,etc. Ur choice

In my opinion, this is bagux. But, both firmware will not grow in future
I think Bagux is better too, but if you wanna try some ICS-themed ROM to taste ICS, you may consider Black Notes or Mutant or Rebel
Anyway I don't think there will be anymore updates for most of the GB-based ROM
Since now most of the people are focusing on ICS CM9 and JB CM10

This is depends on whether you prefer GB-themed Bagux or ICS-themed Mutant
i've used wapak rom for 2 months and its very stable and smooth after flashing the patch given(the patch speed-up the performance).use holo launcher and holo locker to add satisfaction.

Well, the title says it all. I just need your help, so what ROM are you using? I'm using Enhanced 246 atm. I'm thinking of changing it.
AOKP ics as daily rom and MIUI V4 as test rom
I'm using right now cm7.2 by marcin1147 as my daily rom and i've been using it for weeks.

It depends what day it is. Seriously, I swap ROMs so often even I don't know for sure.
Enhanced 2.3.6 has been the best for stability etc but CM7 offers the next best stability with greater features - e.g. music controls on the lockscreen.
weekend : cm9
school days : enhaced 236
friday : sometimes cm7

I am looking for the best rom for gio.
Currently i have the CM9 from maclaw but titanium backup says my phone isn't rooted. I also had GingerDX and MiUI and s3 gio but in every rom there are some bugs. I need a rom WITHOUT bugs. Does anyone have suggestions? It doesn't matter what kind of a rom. So ICS or iOs doesn't matter. Thanks. -sorry for bad english-

CM/ is the best rom for gio. any bugs. camera is working. video recorder is working. blootooth and everything else are working. :good:

personally I prefer Unofficial CM10 / CM9， I use this rom everyday， works pretty good
Well all roms have there good points and bad but that all depends on how you use it.. Like ginger DX is a stable rom but kind of plain.. Try differend roms and see what kind you find most good to work with..
Adrenaline is very good. Also DebianDroid , wich i actually use
Yes i tried jellybread and cm7 and miui and many other roms. My finally choise is Aurora 3. Very smooth and no bugs. There's only one point with my miui launcher. See my other tread.

no ICS/JB ROM comes close.
I'm using MaclawStudio's AOSP ICS for some time now, and I must say that's the best rom I've ever used for the Galaxy Gio ;d
It's smooth, the battery life is good and because it's ICS it also looks awesome!

I would prefer Erik's cm10.1 rom. Using it in daily use over a year. You can install link2sd or a int2ext4+ script to gain more storage for apps if you need it.

Jellybread is very stable.
Only issue I have is that sometimes text is unreadable in buttons or notification bar (light text on light background).

but really so interest to using CM10.1 Alpha (build 8)
CM9 RC 3 (ICS), it has more free RAM than the stock ROM and games are smoother. Maybe you can flash custom GB ROM if u really like GB bcoz the UI is simpler etc.

CM9 (EOL) and Hurtsky v4.2 kernel. After heavy app free mem nearly 170mb Apps mooore smoother than stock GB.
running on touchwiz by ipromeh. tried jb and ics n i think the best is still ics. smooth, battery life & nice ui

mm...small addition, if I may. It's based on the preview version of CM10.2, not CM10.3, cause that hasn't been launched yet.
I am currently using AOIP 1.7 (yeah, I know I said 1.7, it's in testing). Why? Because it's awesome!!! Well, at least for me.

You've got literally a TON of JB ROMs in the Development section (up to Android 4.3, by the way) to confirm that yes, it can. And surprisingly enough they all run really well.

hey dud .....
well i find rootbox awesome ......... yeah although i like to deal with the eol roms but this one is great it makes you control your whole rom and i mean it the whole for me i guess
and in the end it is all up to you and your usage the GB is nice as you have been working with it for along time but you have forgot that the stock GB consumes alote of ram and it sucks when multitasking
so i prefer any custum rom you choose for your daily use thats all
