Yea these are the icons using the clear folder

On their website they have a tool you can use online to mix and match various icons (that's why some of my icons shown are different than the stock ones)

No cuz the kernel has to be able to support it and the official jb ROM didn't come out.

Actually, CRT off is possible without any kernel modification. It's CRT on that will not work.
There should be a CRT off mod available soon.
