Is 29.99 a good deal for this phone?

Virgin mobile has it for 29.99 on a super tab and I told my gf she should get that and take back what she just got HTC wild fire 0 dollars but for 30 more you get this? I have the nexus 7 tablet and i think its almost the same just being made by Samsung instead of Asus and not sporting the tegra 3 and with it now getting jelly Bean 4.1 what do you think, I know I wanna get one.

Are all the galaxy nexus that been sold in UK up to now all the same? Or there have been differences between the first and second batches?

Does anybody know where I can find a true OEM charger for the galaxy nexus. I found a few on amazon but everybody says they are sending wrong cables. anybody?
