Hey Everyone! I googled this for a few hours and haven't had any luck so I thought I'd bring it up here. I currently have Verizon service and pay the $5 a month for the NFL app but would like to get this app working on my PC so I can watch the games on a bigger screen. I have tried extracting the APK and installing it to BlueStack but it will not go past the loading screen because the app will only run Verizon devices. Anyone had any luck getting carrier specific apps to run on emulators or have any ideas to get this working? I have attached the extracted APK I have been using.
Thanks!

I'm in the same boat! After installing a custom ROM on my phone, I had to install the Verizon SSO login package (an .apk) before i was able to use NFL Mobile or My Verizon, so I'm pretty sure the answer lies somewhere with that. I downloaded the .apk to my PC and tried to install it manually, but BlueStacks returned an error message about how either the package or BlueStacks itself was using an old SDK. I have no idea how to manipulate any of this, but plan on poking around and seeing if i can come up with anything (possibly by gaining root access in BlueStacks which i've read a little about).

hi guys,
I've got a very quick question actually.
I'm a student again since this month and I'm studying on the 'Inholland Haarlem' school, they have this smooth app called android timetable.
the point is that I'm not able to find this app on the market, not in a way.
I searched the internet for a lose APK file but still didnt found anything.
I then reached a website called www.antt.nl, this is the original app website but when I try to download the program the site says my phone is not compatible with it, and that while a friend of mine has the app on his S2. I hear you guys saying, why don't you just send the APK file from his phone to yours, well, he wont let me touch his phone because he doesn't trusts me (i've rooted + themed + rommed my phone) and he's affraid i might break it.
so here is my question: Can somebody download this app from the market or from www.antt.nl and post / pm / mail me the APK file?
thats all!
with kind regards,
kabilie
Kabilie,
Ik have the same problem. The application is not compatible with the I9100. I wan't to have it also.
I will download the app and post it here when i get home! no problem.
I have a bunch of android phones
thank you very much, can't wait to get it
btw, it really is compatible with the phone, a mate has the S2 too and he downloaded it just from the market. I think it might have something to do with rooting or romming your device.
anyway you could post the samsungapps market apk too?
need asphalt 6 since it is free now but i dont have the samsung market anymore...
Does anyone know if there's any way to get LG's On-Screen Phone working on our phones? It comes stock with the AT&T version (thread about that here), but not ours for some reason. I spent a few hours playing around with things and was able to get the apk for it installed and all the options to appear under Settings > PC Connection, but the program on the PC side just doesn't detect anything. Of course I'll be the first to admit that I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing lol.
It seems like it should be possible though, and if any of the wiser minds around here could figure it out that would be awesome. I remember using a near-identical program way back on my HTC 8125, and it really could come in handy sometimes...
This would be cool if we could get it working.

That would be sweet if we could get this working on our phones. I remember having to search high and low on my old samsung moment for something like this and it was a really useful application when I finally found it.
I imagine it is just an apk installed on the phone side. I wonder if I can ask someone on the at&t side if they can pull the apk. Maybe we can just push it to the phone and it will work. Maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in?

There is an apk floating around somewhere. Installing it will add a new section under Settings>PC Connection called LG Apps, under which is On-Screen Phone, but the only thing you can do with it is set-up & change a password. I decompiled the apk, played around a bit with things, and was able to get one or two other options to show up, but unfortunately none of it actually does anything towards making it work lol.
Here's the apk if anyone wants to poke around in it....For the PC software just go to the LG Support site for the AT&T model (E970).

I got my Note 2 about a month ago and could not be happier with it. I am an iPhone convert.
The phone is not rooted.
The model of the phone is a Note 2 internationally unlocked from factory phone.
When I got it, it had installed 4.1.1. Then it updated to 4.1.2 – where it remains today.
I have a US credit card and address. There's been no problem purchasing apps from the play store for quite sometime.
Then I found an app that I wanted to purchase the pro version as an in app purchase. Google canceled the order and refunded the credit that I had purchased.
Further, Google blocked any additional purchases even from the browser of my computer (using a proxy).Right now, I'm waiting 24 more hours as when I put in a service ticket, they said wait 48 hours and try to purchase again and if there was a problem they would try to help me.
The problem seems to be with the in app purchase more than anything.
To be able to make this and other in app purchases easier, I would be willing to root my phone if there is a safe way of doing it.
Has anyone figured out how to do an in app purchase with a Note 2? Will rooting the phone give me this ability?
Sure would appreciate any help along these lines.
PS I even wrote to the developer asking if I can send the money directly for the pro version via Paypal or if they could let me buy it in some other way. They wrote back a rather short letter that that was the only way I could do it. I tried one more time to write to them, and they just ignored me. I'd like to give them money and I'd like to have the pro version of their program.
You may want to try market access app, (google market access apk) and spoof a US carrier. You will need root for that.

Thank you.
I looked on the Play Store and do not find market access (apk) or anything similar.
Can you tell me where I might find that?
Is Market Access how you spoof a US carrier or is that something else too I need to do?
Also, I am on a Mac, not a PC. I don't find instructions on rooting using a mac. Everything refers to a pc. Any ideas on that?
Sorry for these questions - even to me they sound very noobish. I working to come up to speed on all this as quickly as I can.

You won't need MAC to do it. Just download it using your phone and install the app.
If I'm understanding correctly, the API's need root access to work.
My device is not rooted yet. And I have a Mac. How do I root my device using a Mac instead of a PC. All directions about rooting my device talk about opening a. exe file on a PC.

Worked like a charm. Rooted and able to purchase at will from the play store.
Thank you for your help.
So I've been waiting for this game to come out on android since December and I just found out yesterday that it finally did. Although I've been trying to download it and had no such luck. It wouldn't come up anywhere in my play store results, so I went to play.Google.com to check it out. When the Web page loaded and loaded the compatability list, it said "this app is Incompatible with all of your devices". I decided to add it to my wishlist so that I could view it on Google play, and when I went to it, it said "this app isn't available in your country".
Since it is a free app, I've tried downloading it from apkmania and putting the data where it needed to go, but when I open the app, it loads the digital entertainment splash screen, then crashes. I've tried the powervr, armv7, and mali-400 apk's and data, but no such luck.
If anyone can figure out why the hell this isn't working and report back to me, that would be awesome, since I've been extremely impatient since it was released and it's driving me nuts trying to figure what's wrong.
I have a t-mobile samsung galaxy s III t999 and I'm in the us. I've even tried market helper to spoof my device but again, no luck.
Thanks again. I've included the link below to see if anyone can get it working on their phone. Again, since it's a free game, if anyone needs the apkmania link, I have that as well.

If you are rooted, Teamviewer Quicksupport works well. When you are rooted and a remote access is requested, you will be asked to grant root access once so the remote view can work. I use it all the time for my parent's firetv overseas and am glad they are rooted.
I also tried contacting Teamviewer on this and their response was around Amazon will not approve their app for remote.
For my parent's firetv, it wasn't rooted, so I sold it on ebay and repurchased another one which could be rooted. Total net loss was about $25.

This seems really useful. I'm rooted but had some trouble connecting last night. Is it a paid app? I saw there was a full version but what does the free version get?
I already have a few ways to connect remotely to my computers so this would primarily be for my aftvs. Might come in handy if I'm at work and my wife has problems with it (which happens often)

I don't know about the paid version or the free version. I have a version of apk at home which I can send to you if you like. Just install that and you will have full remote capability. I didn't know there was a paid version of quicksupport. I have most of the needed apk's and have a batch file which installs all of them for a new firetv that I build for friends and family.

Yes please. That'd be great! Maybe I got it wrong. A quick search brought me to the site and it does say full version but it says free as well. And there's a number for sales and one for tech support? Never seen that but haven't looked to deeply. Could be like an open source type deal which is donation optional for personal use but you need a license for business. Anyways, yes I'd like to try your apk when you have time. Thanks!

Thanks! Oh yeah, I can definetly manage the apk install lol. I think I just got a little confused with the setup. When I installed it the other nite it asked for a remote but then the only other thing I found was quicksupport (which I assumed you'd install on your android phone/tablet). That combined with the fact I thought it might be a paid app just made me think your apk was different. But I'll get it working.
I'm really surprised this is a free service. I use to have a similar app for Mac which was free app a few years back then they started charging. I actually don't even bother telling my parents about kodi because if it has issues they won't be able to fix it, but if I can do that remotely it changes things. I appreciate the time. Sorry for the miscommunication.
Not a problem. Let me know how it works for you. You need root to enable screen sharing and the first time you request remote access supersu will prompt for root access confirmation. Teamviewer is free for personal and household use and no adds. It's really good.
Good luck

I haven't had loads of time to figure this out but might know why I'm struggling. Can teamviwer not remotely connect from android to aftv? I've been trying to do it with my phone and then my tablet but do you need to use a PC or Mac as your remote?
That's the only reason I can think as to why I can't get it to work. But for me, it'd be a lot more convenient if I could use my phone/tablet since those are the devices I always have on hand or very close by.

I've been having issues with quick support only allowing screen sharing. I have a rooted fire tv 2 and a rooted Fire tv stick 4k and i'm running the same file you linked to
on the google play store. It never asked me to grant root permission like other apps have.
In the advanced setting of quick support there used to be an option to "Install Additional Add-Ons " but now that is always grayed out. So the only other thing i can
come up with is to find the Addon's or through adb manually allow root access to the quick support.apk.
It's doesn't make sense. this used to work on rooted Fire Tv's but not any longer. You post is now 5 years old and i'm wondering if your having the same issues i am.
