hi
I just wanted to know how to remove the videotron rom and replace it with stock rom.I did it on my googles nexus one and it worked perfect, now i would like to do the same thing on my galaxy s III thanks
Just got to track down a stock ROM and reflash that. I would assume you could find it over in the Dev section.

It's different story then galaxy nexus, the videotron rom is basically stock rom, since it doesn't have junk on it like the t-mobile rom....
What's the difference between the videtron rom and say the tmo rom?

Does anyone have any idea when the Miui rom will make it to our device? I think they already have a few versions for the at&t one but not for T-Mobile. So sad

I just got a certified like new replacement due to my horrible reception and the reception on the new one is much better so im going to stay stock on it for the time being until JB is fully released by Verizon.
Because I'm thinking of just chilling with stock ICS too.

x2. Curious as well.
Stock JB 4.1.1 OTA'ed from ICS, love it, still haven't found a reason to do anything beyond flashing CWM and rooting!
Tried others, back to stock rooted....perfect the way it is!

Stock Ics, unlocked and rooted. Waiting for Verizon to release jellybean so I can manually update my nexus.
I'm running stock with one change. Custom soft keys.

no one... no one has ported any TouchWiz rom from the international s3 to our phone and this one is no different yet, and it might be snart to change the title to a question so there wont be an abundance of people flaming you.
Drat. I was hoping.
O ok thanks

i have just recently rooted my phone and i want to get into all the rom management but i really dont want to flash a bad rom and brick my phone, so i was wondering if any of you have used cyanogenmod on your tmobile samsung galaxy s4 sgh-m919 and could give me the okay that its a safe rom to use.
Thank you !!
It's a functional ROM.
There's always a risk with flashing any ROM, the more you know, the less the risk.

It's a very nice ROM. If you are looking for AOSP ROM, give the Virgin ROM a try. I've used both and both are rock solid. Here is the link for Virgin ROM

You need to research and learn to do it correctly to avoid problems but in answer to your question, there is a version of cyanogenmod for the SGH-M919 variant and it works just fine. I am currently using a touchwiz rom but one of my good friends had been on cyanogenmod for 2 months now and won't use anything else.

This has become my favorite ROM there is so much you can do with it its much faster than omega much more customizations there and they have released a T-Mobile version just install the ROM and the T-Mobile comparability pack after the ROM do exactly as the ROM instructions say. Good luck

Don't forget to flash the compatibility pack
