This clock widget is not available for Touchwiz 3. This will work on Touchwiz 4 only..
So not available for ACE...

first you will need to download lockbot pro then you can choosr different styles of lock screen and if you choose galaxy you can edit everything

Don't think it can be done through Sense but if you get Widget Locker I'm sure you can change to that lock screen. Could be wrong though

You have to enable the navigation bar in your custom ROM.
