Hi, I'm sure this has been asked already but can't find an answer. Whats the point/benefit in using xda-app over just tapatalk? I saw in the demo video that it was developed with help from the tapatalk team.. what's the connection?

Tapatalk is a paid app if you want the one that can post. XDA app is free to download and use
If you have the paid app, there is little benefit of the XDA one over the tapatalk one just now, though the portal is accessible via RSS in the XDA app from the "more" tab iirc
Good answer, thanks

Your elite email and password?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium HD app
I think it is labeled as incompatible as it doesn't work with 4.2 yet. It won't let you enter your elite email + pass even when side loading . Unless my n7 is just poo.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app
It looks like the latest version from the store can be side loaded fine...

Possible for someone with a more post could upload the the most recent apk from the Play Store?
Not offense to those that did upload it, but I would be more comfortable installing an app that requires my account info be uploaded from someone more active on the forums, can never be to careful about account info these days.

Do you have a device it is compatible with? Download it there and copy to your tablet if youre that untrusting.
I used the link in this post.

i believe, this is not the right place to discuss this thing!
Respect The Rules. Read rule 6.
6. Do not post warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez and nor do we permit any member to request, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.
NB: You have the right to check your own router security. For that you dont have to crack your wifi i think.
Sorry If I'm wrong.
no way
Am currently running Phoenix rom 15.7 and for some strange reason the xda app keeps uninstalling itself. I thought the app clean master might be responsible but no other app gets uninstalled. Any ideas anyone? Its not exactly a life or death problem but just curious as to what is doing it!
Thanks in advance!

Have you sideloaded it??I mean have you downloaded it from another source and installed it thereafter.
If yes,go to settings, general, security and untick verify apps.
Also note that downloading a paid app without paying is considered a warez and is strictly against the policy of xda.

Why would I pirate a free app? No its from play store. I am also aware of xda's stance regarding warez.

Uninstall the previous installed app. Before uninstalling delete all data from the app. Cheers

Bro,I am not accusing you or anything.I just brought it up because there are two types of XDA apps available, one is free and one is premium/paid one.
All in all as you have downloaded it from play store then I think its a strange issue.

Seriously...I just type "dsploit" in Google and BIMMM, I got it, in top research... Do you want we install it for you ? -_-
Anyway, you have to know, you will not be able to "hack" WPA/WPA2 in an interesting time, and WEP are not famous nowaday.
The idea could be to create a hotspot with big company hotspot name (often, ISP have), with auth-proxy, and save the credential in a DB... my point of view.

Agree But it's hard to hack someone's wifi
You can use something called Reaver, it cracks the WPS Pin. And from that you can get the WiFi key. Only problem is... It isn't compatible with all chipsets, and it takes a dependant amount of time. But it does always work if your WiFi card inside your phone is supported.
PS: you must stay in range too.
Thread closed... We aren't here to use XDA to hack passwords... Also, please use search before posting or creating new threads. Plenty of these already in existence.
