Use g2 keyboard to control tablet possible?

I know there are many ways to control a pc with my phone. Ie gmote. But is there anyway I can use my g2's keyboard to input to another android device like my galaxy tab?
Sent from my GT-P1000 using Tapatalk
i think the only way would be able to connect your G2 via Bluetooth, which I'm not sure how to do.
sent from my V I S I O N.
I agree that Bluetooth would be the way to go. There are many apps that allow this to your PC, but I can't find one which works with another Android device. Hopefully soemone on here has had better luck searching? Or could build on?

Stock galaxy s Rom port for incredible?

I was wondering if there was a stock galaxy s touch wiz port for the incredible? I have searched and cannot find one. The reason why is I want to install the Samsung smart touch app to control my c series tv but it won't install. It needs all of the touch wiz framework from what I understand. If anyone in the great community could help me get this working would be great.

I shot you a PM if you have info on a modified Qwerty Remocon i would be very interested. UNC7000 would love to control with my incredible.
I'll probably post this up in either android apps or incredible apps, but maybe the op/mod should change this thread to be about the samsung remote.
I'm not sure if posting this apk is allowed since it is an app available on samsung galaxy s roms, so if it is not please feel free to remove the file mods.
Below is a modified version of Qwerty Remocon, the app used to control samsung tvs over wifi, that has been modified to work on nonsamsung phones.
Thank you guys so much. Just curious as to how you modified this to work on incredible.

Smart Stay

I've seen that the SIII ROM has been lauched and allready the S-Voice apk was posted on the forum.I was wondering if somebody has the Smart Stay apk and will it work on the HOX?
I might be completely wrong, just speculating but i think that they would make a feature like part of kernel/ROM so it wont be readily available :/ I hope it does become readily available !!
Yeah i was thinking about that too, otherwise i think that the developers would launch the app allready.

Yeah, I wouldn't think It's just an Apk you can use, It's probably built well into the framework
Guys, you might want to check screebl app in Google play, it does keep screen on while depending on phone's axis orientation.
But yes smart stay is much better Lol.

webcam to android device possible?

Is it possible to connect a usb webcam to an android device? my reasoning is that I take photography images with our telescope, the eyepiece has an HD webcam for capturing images. It would be nice to use a smaller cellphone for image capture than a laptop; I have tried the cellphone itself but the camera is cumbersome for alignment. thanks to any reply and idea.

you needs a kernel that support an USB-CAM and additional a software that can handle the new usb-webcam device.
I think its easier to use a webcam with wifi.

Google store, try to search for this app
Yah i think Droidcam could help you.
So, that i know, maybe it's possible with serious risk for your device, because you need to find a good kernel for you device and configure it with good voltage and sure parameters; after that, you need of a converter usb OTG and of a specifically software for this work.
I don't know other informations!
Have a nice day
p.s.: google say similar things
(sorry for my bad english )

Adobe Flash Player...

I've read on a few forums about how Adobe Flash Player is no longer available on new Android devices and how it's been pulled from the Google Play Store.
In case anyone didn't realize this, I was able to install it on my Droid Razr M by going to "My Apps" in the Google Play Store and downloading it.
I guess if you've downloaded it in the past, it stays in your Google Play Account "My Apps" list.
People help me out so much on these forums, hope this helps someone else.
Just installed (; it actually works. Thank you!

Not supported by Jelly Bean, but when you get to JB there's an APK hanging around somewhere if you really need it.

Mind if I ask which browser you went with?
I was trying out Opera for a while, maybe I should have given it more of a chance...
I don't like Chrome.
I used dolphin. I have it on my nook tablet and has a great interface.

IMHO Opera Mobile is the best web browser out there!
Anyone mind sharing the apk for Flash Player with me? I did install it before on other devices but it now tells me the Razr I is not compatible.
I actually really like chrome and how it syncs quite well between multiple devices.

Opera also syncs well between multiple devices.
IMO I hated opera. Sometimes u have to refresh the feed in order to bring up a website that you click on.. that is the page will show up completely white for me. For example.. wiki answers. Always use that for help on homework topics but opera doesn't seem to load it while others do just fine.. got real annoying

I downloaded flash drive from Adobe's website and put it on my Razr M without any issue it works great.

You can find all of Adobe's FLASH Player builds here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html#main_Archived_versions
Scroll down and you'll see every APK compiled for Android 4.x (and older versions too). I always prefer to pull APKs direct from the developer.
Adobe Flash is still in the google play store, I guess it's just hidden?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.flashplayer
Why is that? Why don't they want us to use it?

Adobe officially stopped supporting Flash as of August 15th, and announced there would be no support for JB. The best referring article I could find is here:
http://www.redmondpie.com/long-live-flash-adobe-stops-supporting-flash-on-android-as-of-today/
I think the bottom line is that Adobe is focused development on HTML5. Older devices can still install Flash from the market, but nothing running ICS or JB.
