Your Play store app is having connection problems for some reason. Try to wipe cache + data for it via settings > apps > all.
I wiped data + cache and even force stopped. Didn't help. Any other suggestions?

A user in this thread had the same problem and fixed it by removing and re-adding his Google account on the phone:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1765378
If that also fails, I'd try a factory reset.
I fixed it. I signed into Talk which for some reason wasn't signed in, restarted my phone, and it worked. Thanks for the help guys!

Try clearing data on the play store app. Reboot and try again.

The basic things to try are clearing Play Store cache and data, and uninstall the Music app and re-download.
I do all this and nothing still don't work :s

When you clear the cache do you also have the option to uninstall update? I had this issue and I uninstalled the update and this fixed it for me.
I have a similar issue, do let me know if you find a solution. I have a feeling I need to change mine to the US market. Since I'm not rooted yet, I can't try that.

If you are rooted use titanium backup and delete play music. Reboot and then install from the play store. Should work after that.

I guess google music isn't supported in your country. You'll probably have to reflash your gapps package to get it back.

940 error is when you try to install an app that is incompatible with your country. You might try using market enabler.
I have galaxy nexus GSM locked boot loader 4.04 and installed the app and its says that is is not available for my device or carrier (there is no sum card in the phone)

That's your problem right there... put a *working* sim card in and try again. Google wallet verifies your local through your cell provider.

GoogleServicesFramework
GoogleTTS
Packageinstaller
SecDownloadprovider (I beleive this one too)
I think thats all of them.
Everything was wiped, flashed the full factory image including user data. Then the phone opened and I find my last wallpaper before flashing to be the default wallpaper? How is that possible? Everything on the phone was gone, except this?

Since I updated to 4.2.2 my BofA app says it cannot establish connection.
I have cleared cache and data, as well as fresh installs. Is anybody else experiencing this?

mine is working fine on sourcery 5.1.1. did you try fixing permissions?
this should be posted in Q&A troubleshooting btw
I can't find any information about this anywhere, but I'm having the same problem on my S3.
Did you find a solution?
clear all app data and cache then try booting in to your customer recovery and fix permissions. reboot and try again.
Everything is the same after fix permission.
I guess I will just live with it until the next ROM update comes out.
