These will change the actual lock ring itself. There is many to choose from go on over to faithcrys thread he is the man that made these thank him! I used these on the galaxy nexus and figured they would work for aokp on our sgs3 and they do. As always make a back up first! DL metamorph from market unzip the ring u choose in metamorph then apply all. Phone should reboot and then u should be good to go.

Remember to thank faithcry these are too awesome to passed up here is a quickie blue and white nexus ring I applied

ALSO ...UNTESTED ONCM10 anyone who wants to test go ahead but u know the routine backup first!
Thank you so much!! Just what my phone needed!!
I cant get it to work. I tried Meso and zipthemer. Meso, I unzip/extract new theme. It reboots...but the same lock screen lock is there. Nothing changed. I tried it several times...tried with zipthemer too but thats more confusing. Any advice?

For anyone having trouble it seems like if you have a theme applied it may effect the lock screen.
You are right some themes may not play nice with it. I am using blue infinitum and as u see everything is OK.
Dl the zip u want (lockring) U have to use metamorph. Go to unzip extract new theme then hit the arrow. Navigate to where your DL zip is extract then apply all. Ur will reboot then u are good to go
Install perfect, thanks to the dev for this one. Thanks sarni, good work. Ok, and thanks goes to faithcrys. Awesome work.
Could you guys do a Dallas Cowboy logo BLUE? Thanks.
Works on CM10...no prob.

Often I have made or ported themes for HTC Hero.
Now my first try with my new Desire Z!
So I ported some apps and the framework-res from

questions about editing framework-res
These look great, thanks for posting!
I have a few questions for you though. Since it seems you have a handle on this sort of thing, what is your method for editing the framework-res.apk?
Is it as simple as opening the apk in 7zip and dropping edited pngs in? or do you use apk manager to decompile/recompile? Also, what method do you use to edit the .9.pngs? (draw9patch?) I'd love to contribute, but I can't seem to theme the cm 6.1 framework-res.apk.
Once again, thank you kindly for your themes.
At this Port no need to edit .9 pngs!
Only edited the apk`s and dropped the new png`s!
Then signed the apk`s again!

Ahh shame. I dislike being forced to switch ROMS simply to get a theme.
You don't need to, the battery Gauge icons are easy to found. I am sure someone could give you a copy.
They are available on UOT kitchen too, but you would need to modify your current rom's framework-res to replace them.
Nice theme. I like your graphics.
whats the name of your weather and clock widget please file mou
It's SIMI clock!
nice work!

I just provide for our MDPI device by resizing.
Should work with any MDPI device
Just flash in Recovery
It is landscaped though. If it's vertical, like below, it'll look bad

Ohhhh that's why! You're running cm9 and the bootanimation file in the zip is for stock and cm7! Just extract the zip and copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media or /data/local

Actually, no custom bootanimation works on cm9. Tried to push 2 different bootanimation.zips into system/media and only get black screen on boot.

I love the blue version!
Is there anyway to make it move faster back and forth across the screen?

Whats up ppl, I am new to Theme's on Android. I have tried to theme the framework-res.apk and get stuck with boot animation loop.
Mainly I would like to theme the status bar pull down with custom images
Also while I was at it I thought why not try and see how the lock screen clock looked after I chromed it .?.

and ummm, i kinda have a problem with a couple of the number.png's and the : are not displayed correctly in Ps .?.
I guess after I learn how to install the theme ( and it work ) maybe I will do a FULL theme one day for Jedi Roms in the near future.
I am going to look for already Decompiled un-themed folders. if you have a link to one that can be themed into Jedi Rom's please post link.

I would like some help making a flashable zip to replace some of these files. I have Shopped some numbers for the lock screen clock in attached zip
