Touchwiz 4 missing social networking widget?

My SGS and my Tab have this widget but no longer in SGS2. Anyone notice this? Can i retrieve it from the old one and which.apk that it belong to?

If you mean SamsungWidget_FeedAndUpdate.apk, I tried putting it on the s2 but it will not run, just force closes. I don't know why they have left it out of the s2, its the reason I do not use touchwiz anymore and use launcher pro because that has a great Facebook feeds widget.

I see. Guess they only want us to launch social hub instead of the old widget.

Free Calendar app

Is there a free Calendar app that has a 4x4 widget that syncs with google calendar...

Personally I'm using the default Calender widget. You can resize it to 4x4. It's not as good as Simple Calender Widget but until that is fixed for ICS it's better than nothing.

You learn something every day, I did not know you could re-size widgets.
Ive succesfully done that but it just shows today, can you change the view to a monthly calendar?

I don't see any way to change the display settings of the Calender widget though. Seems like it's stuck like that.

Have you tried Jorte? I don't know if it's updated for ICS yet, but it's my go-to calendar. You can display the whole month in a 4x3 or 4x4, with your calendar entries actually spelled out, instead of just a dot that you have to zoom in on to see what it is. Pure Calendar Widget also does this, but is widget only, and costs $2.99 in the market.

Android pro widgets is really clean.. Also it includes a nice timeline style widget with both Facebook and twitter!
I recommend the paid version.. Some good themes.
Edit: forgot I was still in galaxy Nexus forums.. Not sure if it is ics compatible.

hax sync is an app that works well..costs a buck..been using it for a while now

i use "facebook contact sync" . sync status and friend photos in many resolution . then i modify my contact and manually joint the name who already present in my phonebook.

Thanks everyone.. I don't no y it don't work on the Facebook app anymore.. it works fine with my Cappy glide..

Awesome thanks for the feedback. My goal with this is not to get too over the top with ui design, and also not take too much away from the stock layouts/elements. However i like darker elements jere and there and also a bit of color to notification icons. I have a few things on my to do list for this but requests are completely welcomed as well. Thanks again

It's a nice dark theme but I always find myself going back to stock because it's much easier to see at a glance.

how did you like the theme? and where is the main section you refer to? sorry i dont use xda much.

After browsing some info about about paid themes and playstore links the op has been modified to remove my direct link. I dont want any trouble so i choose to comply. You can find it on play by searching the theme name. That is if you choose to purchase it. Never expected, always appreciated. Free version will always remain current with paid version. Thank you.

Thank you very much. Im glad there is some people using it, keeps me driven to update and improve. Speaking of, id like to get another update out in the next few days so if theres anything anyone would like to request now would be the time. Cant make any promises but all will be considered, and possibly added in future updates. After that im going to focus most of my time on my other theme ive been putting together. Id say i need about 2 weeks to get it in form for an initial release. At that point time will be divided between the two for updates. Thank you all again for the encouragement and feedback.
