I was searching ICS lockscreen port for I9000 but without success. Does anybody have the working one?

Yes you can get ics lockscreen on ics , try cm9. Or maybe onecosmic's ics . Haha.

I meant the one for GB. For a time being I prefer the older system.

You mean ICS Face-unlock for Gingerbread?

He means a port of the standard ''slide'' lockscreen, I think.
The one with the circle, like the Honeycomb lockscreen was ported to GB ROMs.

Hi,
Go to market and download "MiLocker" (free).
It contains the ICS unlock and a lot of other Mods.

Search for GoLocker and then for GoLocker ICS theme. Both are free and theme makes 100% ICS look. I've used it before I upgraded to ICS.

I did try golocker before but it dosn't work smooth enough for me. It's almost ok but almost makes the difference. Anyway thanks for good advise.

[Q] Fancy rotation animation on stock rom?

Is there a way to hack our .xml's or any other files to achieve fancy rotation animation our phone like it's on iDevices or Widows Phone?

This is working on FXP 105 CM7.2
But it is related to a lib file of surfaceflinger I think, will be difficult but me and festa20 and kormatoes are going to have a look about it, probably won't get it working but its worth a try
Also expect SE-Tweaked v1.0 out in the next day or 2 for Arc Neo Play, maybe others we'll have to see

CRT Screen-Off for the GSIII

Hey guys, one of my buddies bought a GS3 but he seems to be really jealous of the CRT Screen-Off animation that I have on my GNex. Is there any way to install it on his S3 ?

It doesn't appear to be working on the SGS3. It's a Samsung issue.

still no working solution yet on stock sammy rom. only way to get it on ur s3 would be to flash CM/aokp and their derivatives.

Flash a paranoidandroid or cm9 or some aopk rom and your friend will have the CRT effect.
Ηopefully devs bring it to samsung's roms..

Same here, tried v23 Omega...unfortunately can't support...once JB can support I'll go for it....

Crt off effect comes default checkrom v5. Try that

Install the app "screen off and lock" there are several effect for screen off.

Dl xposed installer and tweakbox. Make sure his phone is rooted.

In Screen off and lock the effects work only if you tap an icon, not with normal screen off.

Don't work on jellybean roms.

Hi,
Do i understand it right, you need this on a JB rom?
'cause i only know it so far from Omegas ICS roms, there is a package for the CRT effects in his Omega Files Kitchen you can install with CWM. it works here on a GSG3 with omegas 13 rom.
haven't tried the JB series though, want to wait 'till JB is officially out an omega has cleared a few of the last problems.

Edit: I'm running paranoid android on cm10 and it alr comes with it. Anw it is also a great ROM with great developers Not promoting whatsoever but guess you can try it out.

crt-off was working on LI8 using Jkays mod. However, on LIB it is no longer working and JKay has to fix it.

These are animations, pulled from Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
As what you know if you've watched Jelly Bean in action, it has different animations than ICS.
It compatibles with all ICS ROMs.
Installation:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with all the custom launchers, one would need to be running an AOSP ICS ROM in order to see the stock Jelly Bean animations, correct?

I can't see a real difference, what are the changed animations?
I am running a CM9 nightlies ROM btw.

the differences that i have seen are the opening any screen does the start from the center pop out, and i have noticed that power menu and other options do the same just with a slowly expanding window.
if there is more i would like to know as well. but i think it looks pretty cool. thanks for the Mod man.

A bug. The popups animation are slow on my S2 while it supposed to be not
I don't know if it's slow on S3 or not. Someone should inform me as I don't have a S3

Not really. It's a bit similar to the GB animations.
It seems the blink animations are made to be fast and simple to reduce the possibility of the low and not contant framerate.
But with jelly bean, they've got project butter. So they get rid of those animations, bring back some old GB animations, and add some animations that showing how the smoothness of jelly bean.
Because you can't see the smoothness if it's just a simple blink

There are for galaxy s2, htc, motorola... I tryed to install the Galaxy S2 one, but did nothing, no bootloops, no animations, NOTHING!! Lol!!

If it really matters i'll answer the question...
Simply saw that animations and i thinked "why don't have that feature on Gingerbread"
If there are bootanims, anim mod on google play, font changer.... Why not THIS??!!
Is not too dificult to understand, it's very simply.
Now: IS THAT POSSIBLE OR NOT.

yeah i want that feature too but for stock based roms, cm7 has it.

Not possible i guess. Only CM has it.
(that means we must port it from CM7 to other devices!)
