Kamesh kernel v5Hi to every one ,
Every time posting new kernels but i am having advantages for every update
What is new to discuss about this kernel :
Code:
New bootsplash screen
Gpu performance improved
Wifi stability
Every time i use to say
I DONT GIVE CPU FREQUENCY UPTO 1GHZ BECAUSE OUR MOBILE PROCESSOR IS NOT COMPACTABLE
AND AS MY GUESS 806 MAY BE STABLE TO FEW HARDWARE DEVICES ONLY
ON OUR PAGE I FOUND MOST OF THE USER SAID ITS STABLE AT 768-787
APPLYING UPTO 1GHZ OR MORE THAN 806 MAY CAUSE POTENTIAL BRICKS
IF THERE ARE MORE BLUE ERRORS OCCUR THEN THE MOBILE WILL BE TOTALLY HARD BRICKS (HEAVY LOAD ON RAM CRASHES)
Question :
Code:
HAD YOU CHANGED ANY RELATED LOGO.RLE
Ans. our p350 had no related support with logo.rle and screen framebuffer

Build 15 framwork.jar
Hi b-eock ,
I've tried it and got bootloop.
I did exactly as you explained but it didn't worked
Fortunately, I did a nandroid backup just before.
My rom is THS B16..or maybe the B15 that I've downloaded is not compatible?
I've attached the framwork.jar from build 16 if you can look at it.
@b-ock, what is your way of testing smoothness when scrolling?
I compare before and after the mod, and there isn't a b16 one yet, I haven't done that one...

Hi and Thanks for the share
It's possible share the source (codenameandroid) so everyone can made the mod (also for future updates)?
It works for me. Thanks.
Is this file gonna work with future release of CNA?
Sent from my GT-I9000 using xda premium
what kind of battery percentage do you use in your screenshot?
I was on THS ICS when I did that, the cappy build had that cuz pawtip was testing things !
No source needed, and I will not share the CNA source as that is not up to me and I am not gonna get a bad rep on my team. I just got in and I am not gonna screw that up. He plans on releasing it some time soon.
I will have to update them every build, so I will be doing that!
What? Theres been a guide for this out for some time now tho
So dont worry about sharing your code ;-)

Could someone make this mod for B16???

You guys are seriously hilarious No phone to flash. No proper Root yet available.
what exactly do u mean by performance boost and extra tweaks ??
Why are custom ROMs being released before root, CWM, and LAUNCH of the PHONE?

Preamble
I've been working on a AOSP port for the HTC Wildfire S. After 5 month of work this is the first release of the ROM. Neither AOSP is stable yet nor the HTC Wildfire S (Marvel) port is complete. Most of the features are working but it still needs bugfixing and polishing. We would like to improve the code and get as much as possible upstream.
I have to thank alquez who ported CM7 for the HTC Wildfire S. His work was a good starting point for CM9. Also thanks to Kevinjoa who was working with me on this ROM. Kevin we finally made it!
I also have to thank MoltenMotherBoard and MaclawStudio working on CM9 for the Liberty. We worked together with those guys to get CM9 going. We will continue our collaboration in future.
Information
This ROM has been developed on a HTC Wildfire S A510e (European version). I suggest to use baseband version 47.23a.35.3035H_7.53.39.03M or newer. Others should work too.
Reporting Bugs
If you want to report bugs please read THIS HOWTO first. Please try to provide logs if you see errors (logcat and dmesg). If you don't know how to do that check google or ask people here to help you. Don't contact me directly.

Download
You are storing very sensitive information on your phone. You always have to be careful what ROMs you flash and whom you trust. If you don't trust me then don't use my ROM or compile it from source by yourself.
You can download the ROM here.
Bugs
Bluetooth
Camera
Video playback (laggy)
Graphical glitches

Don't forget to press thanks!
Perfect ROM, smoother than stock I'd say Very good work !
I got a little problem while trying to unlock for the first time... I had to choose default activity on the popup and I could enter the phone, else I could not unlock... I guess this kind of problem will soon be fixed. Keep up the good work
seem like people not fond of cm9 anymore
im a fan of cm9,its alot more stable for our wildfire s.this rom is very fast it rivals cm7.very good rom!! much faster than any other rom ive flashed.just lacking a filemanager which is not really a big problem.loving this
This project was to help for sense 4.

Is this rom dead?
OK guys here a surprise for you
I just compile a clockwork mod recovery from Ubuntu Touch source code based on Phablet-10.1 (CM-10.1) so i think we have a good probability after I port this recovery to make Ubuntu Touch more compatibility after this one i will start to build the rom now and test it if work or not.
P.S. : the recovery is not working good i think used to deploy the zip automatically over adb so i will not upload it fow now.

OK i try it with a rom that i compiled a few weeks ago, after deploying to sdcard and installation start automatically once rebooted to recovery but still won't boot.
In the second test i will edit the device tree and making system partition mounted automatically and see if work or not
The little phone that could. Good job!!!
Via the Internet
New Test
OK guys i am compiling a rom using phablet-4.4.2 with modifications of device tree such as no prebuilt, no power, no selinux, no camerahal to get compiled without errors so if anyone can told me commits of cm11 for that errors i will insert him to thanked person if got booted .
Hmmm, nice work bro.. why dont you post your errors and progress here?, maybe someone can help you.

I know bro the only problem is Canonical because they switch back from AOSP to Cyanogen Mod source again so if we want to work on Ubuntu Touch we must decide on which version should be ported Trusy or Saucy?
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Building
And also they still updating the porting guide since released the full version so i think we should wait

Hi friends
Here's a pseudo stock kernel
"Why pseudo stock?"
R = simple at the moment a stock defconfig is used with minimal changes while the rest are in the kernel source
"Why is the kernel called Prisma?"
R = that is quite simple because initially this kernel is a fork of the prish kernel, and also in the form of a tribute to one of my favorite anime, I forgot to mention that the temporary logo is based on said anime
Compatibility:
OneUI 3.x and GSI using the android 11 vendor as a base
Downloads: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sfrlQ9-Lt88dNUFpZ_27_fTTdJqYNIiO/view?usp=sharing
Changelog:
-Basically most of the changes in prish except for the changes at the defconfig level, for example the governors are not enabled and / or configured
-Technically I did a kind of upstream to tag 116, I say that it is a kind of upstream because in everything I was investigating the change was only applied to the tag, basically the kernel was not modified
Credits:
Basically the same as in Prish plus a few people who helped me a lot, among which are
@Yillié for supporting my spam in telegram
@manudinath for supporting my spam in telegram, and explaining in detail things that I did not know about this device
@neel0210 by commits and fixes in Prish
Testers:
Considering that I am somewhat new to these things and very little known, only one person helped me by testing the kernel, although I do not know if he has an account in this forum
In case of finding serious bugs you can send me a message on Telegram @licht_estarossx
I am also open to suggestions

Changelog:
R4
-upstreamed to 124 tag
-a setting only for aosp is being used in this version, so it might not work correctly in stock rom
-A small fix to the script (in twrp it looked pretty weird, but it's fixed now)
-This kernel build was compiled with google tools instead of lineage tools, maybe it works better / worse

Nah, no at all.
very good kernel, miss support for magisk modules, it would be nice if they partnered with some module to further improve performance.
This will also work for latest stock firmware right?
Nice
Could I flash this over with Odin using download mode to unbrick a phone (A51 Sprint 4G only)?
I'm wondering what's the benefit of this kernel?
