Right now i got groupcast.apk from the Panama release. I am trying to sort out how to get it working, (just the apk itself is dependant on something else) When i run it, it hotboots the phone. Will post my findings for you.
So i installed the apk, crashed phone a few times. Samsung apps updated the file right away though, now it works. Not sure if it's any different then the i9300 version of it.
Whats the version number of the groupplay apk after samsung store updated it?
Can u also pull allshare play and install it prior to installing group play apk?

If you go to the Play Store, search for Galaxy S4 for All. This app has what you're looking for.

It has links to almost all the ported S4 apps that now work on S3 (4.1.2 +).Most of the apps have been ported already such as Stranslate and Shealth however as of right now the camera still requires the android 4.2.2 framework and will not function on 4.1.2. There is also a link to Group Play in the thread.

the Group Play link from the S4 doesn't work

include widgets (Time & Clock)
so my girlfriend hit some tv symbol on her S3 while at my house and the video instantly shared to my TV. Does the s4 have this same feature because i dont see it.
Does anyone have the know how to get this feature ported over?
Delete this. I deleted all the all share apks . reinstalled and it works like a charm.
Can anybody upload or confirm the apk is working on our device? I have just seen the video that samsung posted on youtube and it looks perfect for studying with my friends.
Something similar + skype could be useful if there are any.
Guys, using PA KitKat here(thanks to xenon )..though there are many ported Samsung apps, and some are not possible due to framework requirement, but I got a 55" Samsung smart TV here which I can control with features like allshareplay a nd all..so I searched and didn't find any thread..if there is any way to get all share play and s-link on non tw ROM, just let me know..

I did some searches for the Sony WALKMAN app, that is compatible to my SGS4 mini, but none of them seems to be working flawless...
Sometimes the sound is crackling? or on other WALKMAN ports i get a force close, etc...
So, do someone of u out there know which port is is really working? I am currently on CarbonRom [4.4.2].
