Remove AM/PM from notify bar. - Xperia Arc Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Well, I'm from Venezuela and I don't like to have the clock at 24hrs.
How can I remove the AM/PM when is at 12hrs?
Sent from my Arc S using xda premium

Go to settings>data and time>use 24-hour format(tick it)Cheers

I know, but I said that I don't like the 24 format. In Venezuela we use 12. I want something like in CM, you can remove AM/PM in 12 format.

change the systemUI.apk ... at this moment I can not post links, maybe later upload the file
or look for one on the net

Exactly what files do I need to modify in SystemUI?

I would look in strings and see if leaving a blank space or removing the line altogether does it.
Sent from my CM9'd Arc

Will try that.
And a little off-topic question, can I get CM9 (AOSP like) app open-close animation, buttons, borders, and all that stuff flashing the framework of CM9? Just wanna know.

Extract/unzip the apk and in the resources folder it'll probably be in one of the drawable folders.

Sent from my LT18i using xda premium
don't know what seraj home is, but you can get indicators at the bottom with this program here
Any image can be edited, and you'll find them by extracting the apk.

I use it since the first releases and it's 100 times than OSBs!

Fade (or disable) the navigation bar need to reboot to take effect, I think the lmt launcher is the only solution to hide the navigation bar

There is no other method , but perhap you can draft into dev section and try to establish your new ideas ( it is interesting ) by building ...
Good luck mate

Yeah that's great mate !!! Simply post it , though some might like , some might dislike it !! Anyway porting such this is really hard , cause Samsung use different framework-res method
Edit : Do you mean you don't want it in landscape mode or sth ? Explain more clearly perhaps i can even help you

Edit: Okay so i looked at the rom
and it basically has the same coding as LMT launcher
it uses that pie thing bt instead of the bar that comes from LMT launcher, the navigation bar comes up :/
so i thought that LMT launcher is good enough, i am not going to edit it for my rom
Thanks for all u guyz help

Now what thew hell was the point of that post, show some appreciation to someone who is trying make more original options for users out there, no one cares about your opinion on the aesthetics.
On topic, I tried out out the mod, personally it's not for me, but I really like the idea behind it.
