Did you try going into recovery wiping davlik cache and fixing permission? u can also go to settings then application manager then google play store clear daa and clear cache...restart phone see if it works.
Or try to flash the ROM and gapps (goomanager) for that android version. It won't make them appear twice it will just write them to your phone.
BTW what's the error message your getting? If this don't work I'll see if there's another solution.

There's also a standalone play store you can try to install. Its In themes and apps section.

I flashed the emerald transparent market... followed the instructions (deleted original market.apk, wiped cahe and dalvik cahe, flashed original market, then emerald) and now I can't see a market icon. I even tried to install the regular new market from the general section.. and it doesn't open.(it shows a real quick error message I can't quite read)
Can someone please help me jus completely start over because no matter what I try I always have a problem.. haha this sucks! Thanks

Did u reboot ur phone? Also give me a step by step of what u did

I restarted my phone.. first I installed the transparent black mark (flashed it) followed those instructions perfectly.. it was opening but didn't want to search anything and would just stay on the seaarching screen.. I eventually got it working, but like an idiot I tried to install the brand new market app without uninstalling or deleting the transparent one... it (ofcourse) didn't work.. so I followed these steps:
-deleted the market apk
- booted into recovery
-cleared dalvik cache and cache
- flashed the original market as I was told to
-then flashed the emerald green transparent market
I re booted and saw no icons or any market apps (besides market update) in system/apps
I then said screw it and triedto install the regular newest market (found on the first page of general section) and I tryed opening it and its telling me something like "process com.vending or something like that has stopped unexpectedly... so idk what to do.. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck.

anyone having this issue? I get a error on free apps. Just started happening.
I'm on my phoe and can't or dont know how to attach a pic.
error processing purchase is the message I get though.
Try clearing data on Play Store under Settings> Applications>All. I think it also helps to clear data on Google Services Framework, and a reboot might even be in store. I've had it happen a few times and after different combinations of the above it seems to eventually work again.

I am having the same issue, I just updated from CM9.1 to CM10, I tried deleting cache and data, but nothing worked. When I try to update or download any app, play store crashes. I am using wt19i (LWW, coconut)
Re flash gapps, if that doesn't work then wipe and reflash ROM

When i try to update google now i get an error saying package isnt signed correctly, delete previous version. I renamed the quick search box apk and tried installing Google Now thru the play store and i get an error saying incompatible update. Anyone else getting this error and how do i fix it?
Thanks
Try different gapps

That happens sometimes .. If your using inverted gapps it won't update. Do like above and flash a different gapps package.

If u have Titanium Backup just uninstall Google search n download from market

I'm pretty sure it is because your GNow.apk is signed. When this happens to me on my devices, I usually go to Settings>Apps>All>GoogleSearch>Uninstall Updates. Then go into the market and it should be there for you and ready to update correctly. If you have inverted like someone suggested above, it won't update unless you do what I said above. Also once it updates, it will no longer be inverted.

Every time I open the play store I get an error that says no connection. I've tried changing the date and time, clearing data on play store and Google services, tried deleting the app and it's file then wipe cache/dav then re installing and still not working. Anyone have any suggestions, I'm running the newest jedi rom.

I was having that same issue with that same thing. :banghead:
Anyhow I when into recovery, wiped C/d cache 2x each! Then reboot, install app
http://d-h.st/nNi
You also need to double check that the app is in your SYSTEM. With root explr, then you can go back into recovery and wipe both cache again. For the hell of it make sure it's clean!! lol
Try and open it see if it works??
Mine actually didn't til after I then went into too root explorer. Went into system, app, locate the file. Click on it the hit install,, everything is good now. Don't know why it worked that way but it did.
Tried this other (inverted) one I found and it installed right over the other one with no problems. http://d-h.st/lj8
And it's a lil quicker to me.

Hi guys
I am getting an error 927 when trying to download or update apps. I have the latest version of the play store, with the new design and all.
People are saying it has something to do with the developers servers and all but no apps are downloading, doesn't matter which developer made it.
Have you tried wiping your cache and rebooting?

It could also be an odex file with same name as play store.
Just rename file by adding a 1 save reboot and try.
I had this problem with a single app because of a odex file I used root explorer to rename.
