[Q] cyanogen camcorder setting?

how do i change the videos to record in 480p....id rather have fps vs resolution...i cant find the setting...thanks

custom
...whats custom

and how can i change it?

ive been searching and havent found anything.......any ideas anyone? what about using the htc camera .apk?

After you select custom you can go up to the settings button (top) and scroll about 3/4 of the way down the list and you will find 720p along with a ton of other settings. Google those to see what resolutions they are.

i cant find the settings you are talking about.. i click custom...nothing pops up and i cand find a settings button anywhere

After clicking on custom go back to settings and you will see the other formats are unlocked. Now he said to google search what those formats really mean.

The settings button is at the top it's a small circle. It would be above all other on screen buttons.
It is right next to the aw icon.

(Q) Change Dock Icons

Does anyone know if there's a way to change the dock icons on TW4? I could've swore that I saw it in one of the review videos but can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

1) Click on the app drawer
2) Press the menu capacitive button
3) Press edit
4) Find the icon you want in your dock, press and hold as you drag it over the icon you wish to replace (in the dock).
5) Press the back capacitive button
You cannot change the app drawer icon but you can change the other 3.

Also to when you do that it will change your app sorting. To go back to alphabetically sorted hit menu in the app list and hit "view type"

Just starting using my New Epic 4G Touch .... Thank You !!! Now I can put the Handcent icon there ...

[Q] How to delete folder?

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out.
I was in the APP window and I accidentally created a folder. The folder now sits with all my other apps and I can't figure out how to delete it.
Can anyone point me to how I can get rid of it?
I am not rooted, in case that helps to know.

Try pressing on the folder (tap and hold) for a second or two. You'll see three icons appear at the top of your screen, the rightmost looks like a trash can; drag your folder to this trash can.

Thanks. I tried that earlier and it acts much like the trash can for your home screen and widgets. It doesn't actually the delete the folder from the APP screens.
Any other ideas?

Ah, my apologies. I should have paid more attention when reading your post.
When you're in the Apps screen hit the "Menu" button (haptic button left of the home button) and from there select "Edit". You'll then be able to drag the folder from the Apps screen to the trash can at the top of the display. Hit the "Save" and you'll be good to go.

how the heck do you write with spen on picture image?

While viewing the picture you took, take out s-pen. Press s-pen button and hold the tip down on the screen. This makes a copy of the imsge which you can write on. You can also go to the options menu and click write on the back.

Once added go to your gallery and select a picture you want to draw on.
Press the menu button and go down to advanced edit
Select photo editor
You can do mess around with the photo and draw on it without going into s note
To draw on it click decorations and go to draw.

Try downloading the apk I posted and then press the weird share button in top right corner and send it to photo editor.

alternate between one handed and dual handed keyboard

...on the fly...
somtimes my phone switches to one handed and im not sure how im doing it, but it does. I wanted to know if there was a way to put it back to dual hand without having to go into settings.

I would also be interested in this. I would like to be able to easily toggle from full to one handed keyboard without having to go in to the settings, if possible.

Press and hold the microphone button in the bottom of the keyboard and then it autimatically takes u into keyboard settings when you press the gear

thanks, that will have to do for now, but i've accidentally switched to one handed mode a few times while handeling my phone with the screen on...there's gotta be some sort of gesture, i just dont know what it is. I never set one anyways.

You can pinch to zoom (make it one handed) and spread (opposite of pinch) to make it go back to full keyboard. I hope this helps.

this worked...took a few tries doing the backwards pinch zoom to get it back to full, but it eventually did go
(stock samsung rom)
