How do I see e-mails in HTML format by default? - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

I'm using the stock mail app with Exchange and I have it set to download the entire message, but when I open any e-mail, there is a button at the bottom that says "load more", only after I press that does the e-mail appear in HTML format. Is there anyway to make it appear in HTML by default?
Thanks,

+1 I would like to know this too. It's really annoying. Gmail does this perfectly.

[Q] Anyway for email to automatically loads pictures?

I'm just wondering if there is any way to get my email to automatically load pictures in the emails instead of having to press the "show pictures" button every time. I was using the galaxy tab email port but when I switched over to cm7 the email app stopped working, all I get is forced closes. It's really an annoyance.

I don't have to hit "show pictures" in the Gingerbread email client. That was the first thing I noticed in the leaks! I use the stock email.client.

K9 mail gives you 3 choices for that. It's set to not show pics on default without clicking, but can be changed to contacts only or all.

Thanks!! K-9 did the trick. Awesome.
Gmail 2.3.5 also has this option, if that helps.

[Q] Duplicate sent emails...

I have noticed that my stock email app is sending duplicate emails. Is there a way to stop this? I know it was happening when I opened my gmail account and there is a duplicate of each of my sent messages....weird.
Is this just a duplicate label? I haven't noticed anyone sending me an email back saying I was sending doubles. Any help would be appreciated.
Are we talking about Google or a third party email?
Either way try removing the account and re-adding it.
This is through the email app. I deleted the account on the email app and went back to using stock gmail. Seems fine now. I don't no why using the email app double sent. Seems odd. Thank you for the help. Any other ideas?

I think (not swearing to it) that if you're using Gmail, you're double booking the email account so to speak because once you enter your google info into the phone, both the play market and the Gmail app are hard at work synching your stuff in the background (along with your user info).
If you want to use the stock email app (for gmail and whatever else), you should freeze the Gmail app to prevent any such conflict.
For instance, I use Handcent for SMS. The phone has a the stock messaging app too. If I don't disable the stock messaging app, I get 2 notifications every time a text message comes in.
I think you're right. Once I dropped the double sending account from the email app, the problem solved itself. I well just use the email app for the rest of my accounts and use the gmail for my gmail. No big deal. Thanks for the input!

Loading complete e-mails

How do I load complete e-mails automatically without having to click on more details? It'd be great if my e-mails would load all images and details automatically, is there a way to do this? Thanks
In what app? Gmail? Stock email? Another client?

I use Enhanced Email, so I actually had to reinstall stock to check on this. There didn't seem to be a setting to not truncate or to display all images. However looking at some messages, they didn't seem to be getting cut off, and inline images were displaying fine. This was testing with my Gmail account, so if you're using something else there might be a server side setting that's doing it.

"Mark All As Read"?

Is there such a function on this phone? If not, is there any better email app that can handle multiple email addresses? I have a gmail and MSN address I use for different things, so it's important to be able to see both without having to go through separate apps.
The email with the blue at sign that comes preinstalled can do it.select all mailboxes then check the emails or by dates you can select multiple then on right hit the envelope.will change either to all read or all not read.

I meant a literal "mark all as read" button so I won't have to choose each email individually? I can get upward of 80 emails a day so it becomes really annoying fast.

You don't have to choose each email you can click on the day and it will select all the days emails.

Sorry, I can't understand what you're saying. Clicking the date just minimises the list of emails for that day, doesn't mark them as read.
I have ICS and the ICS default email app has a left column of boxes that can be checked. Each Day also has a box . I check the box for today and it highlights all emails for the day. Perhaps you do not have ICS so therefore you may have the older app.
Ah, yes, I don't have ICS. Thanks anyway.

[Q] how to accept outlook appointments?

I am trying to figure out how to accept outlook appointments sent to my business email account.
I am just using the stock email app but am open to ideas.
When I get a email with a outlook scheduled event in it it appears as just blank space. Is there a way to fix this? It is super easy on a blackberry, seems like a big oversight for android...
When I have appointments sent to my work email I just forward them to my Gmail and then save the file that is listed in the email. It works fine so far, I even get reminders of the meeting 15 min before hand.
I do believe it will send a response from your Gmail account that you are attending the meeting. I'm not 100% sure about that though.

I tried that and it was just a blank email….
This is what my outlook appointments look like. It usually has a view and save option. Since I've already saved it it just allows me to view. I'm not positive why yours isn't showing up.
Are you forwarding the email with the actual appointment/meeting time that outlook gives you the option to select attending/tentative/decline?

For example.. My boss will send me an invite… only the email has a subject but nothing attached. The only way I can know that there was an invite attached is if he says in the email or tells me afterward when I ask him "why the strange email?" This is using the native email app
nobody?
