Remove CM9 and Unroot - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi everyone, first post on the forums. Anyway I recently rooted my Galaxy S3 and installed CM9 but now I want to go back to the Nature UX either rooted or not rooted. I tried to unroot by using Odin with the stock samsung firmware but that ended in a soft brick where my phone was stuck on the samsung logo. I was able to boot in recovery and download modes so I decided to revert back to CM9 while I figure out how to go back to stock. I'll be very grateful for any help, thanks in advance!

Follow this. Also don't use Samsung's usb came get a nice BlackBerry one.
Snt from Pluto.

I followed the video exactly but my device is stuck on the glowing samsung boot screen right now. It won't boot apparently. Any ideas?
Edit: I went ahead and did a factory reset so now it seems to be working fine! Thanks again!

Help with brick

I was trying to flash my phone (AT&T SGS3) back to stock today using this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426
While I was downloading, I accidentally kicked the usb cable out of the phone.
I immediately pulled the battery and restarted the process.
Odin said it succeeded but when I boot I get stuck on a screen where it just says samsung. Like the first screen you see on boot but it happens a second time after the galaxy s logo and the at&t logo.
I don't know how to fix this. Can someone please help?
Also I was going to try the not rooted stock roms from this thread.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1737848
But the downloads don't seem to be working. Anyone know where I can download the stock roms?

Maybe try going into recovery mode and do a factory wipe there.
That worked. Thank you, you just saved me in a big way
Glad it worked. Happened to me too. From what I learned when changing ROM types tw-> aosp you need to wipe data.

[Q] Sprint SGS3 boots to black screen, please help

Hi all,
I've been using a leaked Touchwiz JB ROM for the past couple of months, and today, I decided that I wanted to return to unrooted stock and then root using the V2.3 toolkit located at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1746680.
I wiped everything with TWRP and installed the stock ROM with no problem. Then, I ran the toolkit to root the phone. The toolkit said that everything processed correctly, but now, my phone won't boot up and hangs on a black screen after the Samsung Galaxy S3 logo appears. I can hear the bootup jingle at the black screen, and the LED stays lit with a blue light when it is on this screen, but I can't do anything else. What's worse is that I don't have a custom recovery installed. I can get into Odin download mode, however.
Does anyone have any advice? I really hope that this phone isn't permanently bricked.

Thanks a ton for the quick response. I'll get to work on this now.
I ended up fixing it by installing a prerooted JB ROM via Odin.

Hello,
Would this suggestion also happen to fix this problem?
I mistakenly followed the instructions of a video on youtube on how to root a Samsung GSIII and accidentally soft bricked my phone. The problem was (as the creator of the video says) that the video was outdated and I ended up flashing the 4.0.4 boot image on a 4.1.1 Samsung GSIII. So far my phone boots up with the Samsung logo, but falls short at a black screen with a pulsing blue led light. When I plug the phone to the computer, It get recognized just the same way as it would if it had booted up fully. I searched most forum posts but haven't come up to a solid solution. I might need to search some more, but can u confirm if your suggestion is likely to fix my problem.

qbking77 also has a video that walks you through the steps to recover from a "soft brick". It involves using Odin and a stock JB .tar file. I haven't looked at the video in a while, so I do not know if the link to the stock file is current. qbking77's video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypmqJbZqOaU&list=PL7011CD883D5201B8&index=29

Im waiting on hotfile to download my stock Rogers Image and use Odin to flash the image but is there anything else I can do? am I on the right track?
or did I just brick my phone some how.
Thanks

[Q] Coming back from AOKP, phone stuck on logo

Hello,
Yesterday, I finally decided to take the leap and root my galaxy S3 in order to flash the AOKP ROM. Everything went smoothly, except the camera did not work in AOKP, so I decided to revert back to the stock Rogers ROM I had downloaded earlier, just in case. I flashed it through Odin and had no errors, however, during reboot, my phone got stuck on the samsung logo.
I still have access to download mode and recovery, but I have no idea what to do at this point, so I would like to have your help
Thank you in advance
EDIT: Nevermind, got it working.

Glad you got it working, but for future reference, make a backup! That way you won't have to restore through ODIN each time.

Samsung Tab 3 T110 Stuck on CWM recovery after factory reset

Greetings!
I recently had a problem with my android tablet. I rooted my Galaxy Tab T110 like last year and it was all perfect. I got Super User and ROM toolbox. It worked flawlessly, until last weekend when I did a factory reset cuz I was gonna sell it. But to my surprise when it rebooted it opened up the CWM recovery menu and it won't load the system anymore. It's just stuck there, it won't turn off or do anything for that matter.
I want to know what could have gone wrong and if there is a way to fix it. I tried to re-root it with Odin following the instructions I used from this site, but no luck. Can any one help me?
Thank you so very much!
