if you change your DPI you can achieve this !

If you don't want to do any build.prop mods, I suggest taking a look at paranoid android. Here's a screencap of my current home screen setup:

Currently, I have it set to 280 dpi Nova Launcher with System.UI on tablet mode. You can obtain the same results with the stock Trebuchet launcher, but I really don't see any reason why I would want to ever since Nova Launcher integrated all the Jelly Bean features into their launcher. You can get 6x7 to fit well on Trebuchet also, but you'd need a modded version of Trebuchet or you'll have huge borders on 240 dpi. I don't really suggest anything below 270/280 dpi, though, or everything gets pretty small. 280 seems to be the sweet spot for me.

[Q] Actual GB Launcher?

I'm running CM N102, and I hate ADW, is there a way to completely destroy ADW and get an actual GB launcher like such?

Just got to the market and find some type of default home switcher and set the default or download lp and set it with that. And you can also delete adw through root explorer

AFAIK, Nova has Wallpaper scrolling enabled by default. Looks like you're still on TouchWiz, in which case I think its gallery app insists on overcropping wallpapers, so use QuickPic instead.
ok thanks i think i got it fixed
Could also use Image 2 Wallpaper from Play Store. Works great.

Pie control with LMT launcher ( Root )

You don't need to flash Paranoid Android to get the beautiful PIE control menu working.... LMT launcher got updated to ver. 1.8 and it's absolutely awesome.

Yeah, not to slam PA or anything, but I'm really looking forward to having this cool feature without sacrificing strong performance!

Of course not, Paranoid Android is a beautiful customizable Rom with a lot of features ... it's just that some of us need to enjoy Stock Nexus 7 with all it's glory.
So then how would I change the font size? Id like to have the clock and notifications much bigger.

MultiWindow apps list

Is there a way to get the text out from under the icons in the app drawer or whatever it would be called?

Yes using a custom Launcher like Nova or Apex or Go... They have those options in their settings
Have a great day!

He means in the app tray popup you get when you're trying to add an app to the multiwindow bar like in my attached screen
@ OP: it seems like you could edit the strings.xml in one of the framework files or the flashbarservice.apk to make this be an empty string, e.g.: ""
Without the quotes of course
OIC.... He said app drawer... Didn't cross my mind should have known by the title. IDK if you remove it from app drawer will it affects in multiview window? I don't have it enabled. Doesn't really serve much of a function for me.
Have a great day!

[MOD] KitKat Styled Touchwiz Launcher | 4.3 MJC Base

Modded Touchwiz
The purpose of this modification is to almost resemble the KitKat Launcher as far as the desktop and app drawer is laid out.

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",

}
What's Been Done:
5x4 Homescreen
6x4 App Drawer
Increased Icon Size just a bit to fill the app drawer just a bit...
DOWNLOAD
Note: I only did this for the purpose of me wanting a look similar to KitKat's launcher. I decided to share it with everyone else... something new for the 4.3 update... I have no intentions (at least for now) on doing any more launcher mods...

I flashed it, but it didn't take. Everything still looks the same
Worked for me.
I only have an issue with font sizes for the icons. The font won't resize. I'm currently on "tiny."
