i think i bricked my R800

i think i bricked my R800...after flashing ICS beta using flash tools...n then flash tools says FAILED bla bla bla...system.img bla bla bla...partition to big...n then i tried to reboot...then nothing happen but when i tried to on the device it have vibrated...can anybody help me to unbrick?

Boot phone and go thru all the Setup Wizard blah blah
Ok, I would suggest you use a Custom ROM based on stock like XDarkICS or Markphyton's ICS or ICSPureness. You can find many custom ROMs in the Xperia Play Android Development section
Follow the instructions for that ROM

there is something i forget to tell...my r800 cannot reboot...cannot even do the hold the search button and plug in the usb cable...cannot turn on...

Redownload a ftf firmware. Open flashtool. Drag the ftf file to flashtool. Phone off, hold back button, plug in.

Oh wow, you may have to search the forums for unbricking your phone because I've seen "I bricked my phone" threads before. But try this:
Open Sony PC Companion on your computer
Click "Support Zone"
Click "Phone Software Update"
It's gonna say your phone isn't connected
Click "Repair my phone" or repar phone. Whatever it says
Follow the steps

PC companion has helped me many times but sometimes software update freezes half way through. If you google for xperia play update service that one works without fail

all i can see in the pc companion menu is
-how to connect
-update phone
-pc companion settings
EDIT: already done charging 4 hour...nothing happen to my R800i but the vibrate..colourful LED on the switch button also not appear,,,

Look at my last post again.

okay done...i got red LED light...then what?...how to insert a rom...i just put a .zip rom file into sd card...n then when i want to install in cmw i currently cant find any zip file...why??...

Put zip file in any folder it should contain only that zip file and then flash

Yes in sd card create a folder put zip file in it than it will be shown in cwm

Assalam o Alaikum,
Rooted my Droid Pro successfully, also installed Bootstrap then installed Recovery from within Bootstrap.. I was using Power button to select an option in Recovery and was getting a black screen, figured out that I have to press Enter button on physical keyboard..

i was in a mobile store and got my hands on on t3 ultra
while checking in setting i saw there was smart back light function in phone settings
so downloading t3 dump and checking for port to our t2 ultra

T3 has Smart call handling also, try to do that too, also other Smart features if you can

No.. at least in my device there is no option for Motion settings..
I really want motion, gestures controls for my device, I'm searching such a battery friendly app since 3 weeks now..

[Q] Disable High Volume Warning

Hello, I am running stock lollipop and am rooted. Does anyone know how I can disable the high volume warning? There is a flashable mod posted, but it was for KK. I know Wanam for Xposed is not an option. Any other option(s)?

I'm running Alliance ROM and there is no pop-up warning just a red line on the volume slider.

I know there are custom roms with the built in feature, but I didn't want to flash an entire custom rom. I was hoping to just stay rooted stock and flash just the mod.

I'd like to bump this to the top.
I'm not looking for a mod, just some help on where to make the change to get rid of the warning.
I can decompile/recompile an apk, or change a setting in a .db.
Any help is appreciated

Thanks for pointing me in this direction, but this does not work for me. The code in 5.1 does not match up anymore. I tried improvising and getting the two changes into the checkSafeMediaVolume(III)Z method. All I get are boot loops... I've found a couple of other ways to try, but not having any success. Does this work for you on OG5?

I'm on the stockish 5.1.1 deodexed ROM would wouldn't mind having this also, does get quite annoying. Is there also a way to remove the S Finder/Quick Connect in the pulldown? Since there still is no Xposed working yet I'm lost haha.

Kernel Devs, I NEED YOUR HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!

So I broke the screen of my Note 2 and I had not adb debugging enabled. Long story short, I need a backup of my phone apps and data which can only be done using adb. I did some research online and I found that kernel devs can compile kernels with debugging enabled by default. Can someone please compile a simple kernel with debugging enabled? I dont need anything fancy, just debugging enabled. I have the latest DN4 on my phone. The kernel NEEDS to be flashed with ODIN. I have already messaged @psndna88 but I got no response. Hopefully someone else can help me. Thanks a bunch in advance!!!
