Sorry if this is a noob question I'm coming from the s2 and I'm wondering if Rom manager is fully functional for the s3 the reason I ask is all of it was not for the s2 and again sorry if it's been asked before

yes its supported
Newest version supports our phone. All features work. In list of phones models it should say Galaxy S3 (Sprint)

TN Goodness JB rom is supposed to have it when 5.0 drops which should be this week.
can't wait till we get it on stock roms (I like my tw/samsung features) LOVING multi on the Note II
BTW switch to 240dpi multi is SO much more useful at 240dpi.
i have recently bought the note 2 from att. i am looking to root my device, i have been reading up and the roms i have seen dont really seem to change much from the stock version minus a few here and there. also, i read that cm 10 disables the use of the stylus with is a bummer. as i was looking forward to it. as i had cm 9 on my last htc smartphone. my question is, from experience, which is the best rom to use without disabling any of my stock abilities? and where can i download this rom to my computer. thanks.
International rom port is what you want

Just curious, why install the International Rom on the AT&T version? What is there to gain?

Biggest thing is the multi window functionality.

I have the S3, and S4's 441 ppi Screen is tempting me, but won't our GS3, have those features through a ROM? So should I upgrade or not?
Probably not. Unless you want Touchwiz running on the latest and greatest android build the GS4 is probably not the best way to go if you already have a GS3. Not to mention all those new features will be gone the minute you flash an aosp ROM. So YES if you want Toichwiz on the latest android version (4.2.2) but NO if you're an aosp guy or if you can handle waiting for the new features to be released on the GS3.

If in fact our tmobile s3 do not have an LTE radio then I myself might switch. I currently have the note 2 as well and I'm not 100% happy with either phones.

hmm feel like not worth to upgrade it
too few improvement
S4 is too much like the note 2.
Only plus for me is the quad core.
Transmitted from my SGH-T999.
I'll be upgrading to an S4, without replacing my existing S3 phone.
Outside the 1080P display, the TV remote and some biometric sensors, I'll have the same phone!
Samsung has already been quoted as releasing the software apps that do not require specific S4 hardware for the S3 and Note II. Look for it later this year.
Well if you're getting it for development don't count on many also Roms as cm team have already mentioned that they are not supporting the gs4. :/

Please discuss other devices in the sticky thread in General subforum

Someone has ported this ROM from a Note 2 and it is a MIUI ROM but it has multiwindow capabilities and a couple other features from Samsung like the Note 2 camera. Unfortunately it is only for the gt-i9300 model. Is there anyway someone can make this available for AT&T? I love MIUI ROMs and this one is sweet.

There's no reason to go lower than LK3. Mind if I ask why you want that old ICS crap ROM? Which was completely terrible on the S3.
I don't want the rom just wanted to know why it was completely abandoned

Most likely, there's no reason to dev on old releases.
