The time you wasted making a thread you could have looked in this section and found several..I don't think (best) is an ideal term because everyone has their own taste in what they want.

[REQUEST] Dark Theme for Lollipop Touchwiz

HI All!
I suffer from several strain in my eyes and I can't really stand those white background on my touchwiz UI ;(
I've got a Note 3 neo and I would like a dark theme.
I tried Xperiacle's secthemechooser but the link is down ;(

If you have a Note NEO then this is not the forum for your phone .
