Edit: after some messing around I got the fix. I went into application manager and cleared data and cache from the play store. I then force stopped it. Then I removed my Gmail account from accounts and sync settings. I added it back and let it resync. I went back into the play store and accepted the terms and conditions and everything seems to be working again.
Thank you those who tried to help.

I've had that so many times and I tried everything, clearing caches in recovery & fixing permissions, cleared cache and data and force stopped for the play store, google frameworks, google account mamager, google play service, basically anything with Google in it lol, I still got the errors, I gave up and went to go do something and about 45 minutes later it started to download what I was trying to download. I have no clue what the error entails but I Googled it when the error came up and there is a thread on XDA and some people say to do what I did and everything worked out for them. Hopefully it isn't as much of a headache for you as it was me.

Just switched from an HTC EVO 4G rooted. Now using S3 rooted. I'm not a fan of Google Navigator. I've been using TeleNav for a few years now and would like to get it working on the S3. I tried:
1) Downloading the free version from Google Play. It simply only offers Premium Upgrade prices and exits if you say no. Doesn't seem to be anything free about it.
2) Copied over my APK file from my EVO, installed that and got the same behavior.
3) Spend a bit of time googling for this and came up empty.
I assumed TeleNav was offered to all Sprint customers, was this something HTC specific?
Mine works perfectly fine.

For those of you still having the problem.
If you have uninstalled TeleNav make sure you install it again.
Go to settings.
Click on apps.
Go to TeleNav.
Click on clear DATA.
Go to settings.
Go to system updates.
Click on Update profile.
Go back to TeleNav and enjoy once again.
Since starting this thread I uninstalled several times, cleaned cache, wipe data, tried different versions, etc. As stated earlier sometime Saturday it started working on its own. I noticed I happened to be data roaming on Saturday and figured I'd try it and it worked. But it also worked when I had Sprint signal again -- not related, just a coincidence.
So thanks for spending the hours on the phone. Looks like the fix was not specific to just you.
I don't think they fixed the problem for all of us Saturday ..let us know if you're still having problems

You could be using a bad apk. I think I got that error when I first tried to install wallet. The one you should be using came from a nexus 7 rip. Idk if anybody has the link to that one.
i have it set up but says incompatible device
I've tried this and it worked. Bought gas and chips.
Long story short, I've been running the latest version of Mack's ROM, which is awesome, along with the modified APK of Google Wallet that we all know still isn't officially supported. With that said, this Apk has been running for me without a hitch. I even used it yesterday. As of right now, out of the blue, it's giving me the dreaded "your device is not supported at this time" message. As far as I know, I didn't change the ROM or anything else other wiping the Dalvik cache\ cache, and installing a new battery. Anybody else having an issue?
Mine also stopped working...

So apparently it's not just me. I've always used the aforementioned apk, and after a reboot it suddenly stopped working. I'm thinking maybe Google patched the workaround. Either way, I hope there's another way or our Note 2 becomes officially supported.
Fr what it's worth, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Nothing has worked.

By the way, as I've stated before, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APK. This means it hasn't reinitialized, meaning it probably won't work for me again. Correct?
This is my current screen, which most likely is identical to everyone else's.
Just flashed the newest version of Macks All Star and re-setup google wallet. Setup for wallet went as normal when changing ROM's no issues or hiccups. Going out later and will see if it works, give you an update when I return.

You don't think this is the same as being permanently blocked, right? I say this only because I didn't wipe the wallet. I felt that there was no need to because I didn't switch ROMs.
It works just fine for me on my note 2 running Macks All Star 3.3, used it at Jersey Mike's Subs and Starbucks. As others have said always reset google wallet when ever making changes to your phone and I always revert back to original android ID thru titanium backup.

It happened when I change to MIUI ROM, then restore my Nandroid backup of CM10. then I can't restore app from play store, and got this error.
I can't open 'my apps' tab on play store either.
Tried change to latest CM10.1 & now I'm on latest PA. The issue isn't resolved.
Tried to remove data from google framework services & google play store. reboot. But still have the issue...
bad luck, may be?
Excuse my English, I had this problem a week ago after installing miui and then be returned to AOSP.
Basically I lost my paid apps, fortunately were only three. I sent email to Goole support and after several emails they told me that they know the problem but still can not solve it.
In the end my account from the web even worked and out of desperation I changed it, moving the contacts.
Well idk why but I signed into a different Wi-Fi network and all of a sudden my error went away. I had all my apps still installed and titanium backups of everything. Only lost a few apps that I paid for that weren't installed/backed up.
Edit: after closing and restarting play store all my purchases are there now. It's as if the error never happened.
