Would you mind posting how you made the mods or the source file(s) with the changes? I'd like to try some of them (like the wifi/BT change ). Thanks.
Thanks for this, I love it. It works flawlessly. The only thing I would change (if possible) is to make the signal settings long press to go to the "mobile networks" settings, rather than the "data usage" section it goes to now. I frequently change between 4G and 3G and I also like to keep as close to the stock UI as possible. Thanks for all your hard work.
You are a genius this us exactly what made me hate 4.2. I xoulsng be more thankful!

Would there be any way to make it where I could choose what toggles I want to show, for instance I don't ever you Bluetooth or airplane mode. Could I go into the system of the phone with root explorer or something and edit the toggles?

I think Jelly Belly 10 might actually be 4.2. Also, I was testing a power menu on my ROM and it did the exact same thing when I tried using this mod so I'm holding off the menu because I like this modification so much.
Would be great if you added location settings as a toggle. And made data toggle lead to data settings instead of data usage
Great!
@kevdliu, could you share the source of your modifications or even a diff??
I would love the source files!

Wipe dalvik cache and delete /system/app/SystemUi.odex after flashing this.
Toggles work, but theres a little color problem:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34300843&postcount=488
Will it work for a gsm rom? The only missing toggle would be a 2g/3g one..
Really well thought... congrats
That's because usk's rom isn't deodexed..... deleting the system ui.codex file is what causes the issues

mmuzzy updated his rom as he has been doing daily, will you be updating this mod as well? Love the mod by the way.
Hi,
I like lean and stable ROMs. Therefore i chose between bugless beast, Team EOS nightly and minco V5.
My only complain is that i'd really like to have a brightness slider in the dropdown menu cuz i hate autobrightness and i have to access the brightness slider very often.
Is there any known mod out there that adds that particular feature to one of the ROMs?
Thanks

You don't need any mod because there is a brightness option in android 4.2 already in the notification bar.
You can access it by two ways:
1- Pull down the notification bar, press on the upper right corner icon.
2- Pull down the notification bar by two fingers at the same time
Hope that helps
Thanks but i wanna stay on 4.1.2

Then maybe one of these two apps could help with brightness and other toggles as well because you are running 4.1.2

Hi there,
There are some mods that makes us choose a rom hoping we will be getting also a good battery life at the same time. My mods are:
Navigation bar button order
2g, sound, torch, data in tiles
Screenshot on power menu
T9 dialer
Volume wake
Center clock
Share your deciding mod list.
Cheers
PIE
Theme chooser
Want good battery? Just use stock with a custom kernel like Fugu.
Customizable nav bar(option to keep a power button) , this along with slide to awake makes it a totally button free experience
Expanded volume mod
Option to kill all apps in the recent apps menu
Battery percentage
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
Expanded desktop and speed (not actually a mod but... )
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
- quick torch access
- Volume rocker music controls
- Battery percentage
- Quick settings/tiles/whatever...
*long press back to kill current task
*resizeable navigation bar buttons
*theme chooser support

- Battery percentage
- theme chooser

PA rom
Expanded desktop, pie and colourful experience, I got everything in Paranoid Android Rom
- PIE (although LMT isn't a bad alternative)
- Not be themed at all. Usually they are fugly, i want my own theme
- Quiet Hours (PA doesn't have them and i hate it)
- No forced Tablet mode
- Quick settings from CM
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD
-PIE
-CM10 Theme Chooser
-Paranoid Preferences
-ROM Control
-Latest Android version
- customizable tiles
- volume keys to control cursor
- toggle-able nav bar or able to change nav bar height to 0 dpi
- extended power menu
- expanded volume
- kill all apps in recent menu
Notification toggles is usually the only thing I really "demand".
I like weather (lock screen and notifications). AOKP like (not the cheesy CM icons).

My reasons why many mod's are senseless to me:
Navigation bar button order - Stock's fine, doesn't bother me. If anything, it may take a while getting used to the order. Then again the same applies if you reorder them.
2g, sound, torch, data in tiles - Thats pretty much a given. Aren't these stock anyways?
Screenshot on power menu - Not necessary. Vol - plus Power
T9 dialer - Again, not a mod?
Volume wake - Don't want my phone doing funny things whilst in my pocket
Center clock- Its nice, not essential though. Covers up some of the notifications
PIE - In my experience, quite laggy, bogs down the headset. The extended screen is nice though, but the laggyness is a deal-breaker. Whatever happened to project butter? (Again, these are my experiences, your's may differ)
Theme chooser - Most themes aren't fully polished and add a sort of tackiness to the UI
Battery percentage - Keeps me from checking my battery life every 5 minutes.
Quick settings/tiles/whatever - Stock, not really a "mod"
I dislike having a myriad of MOD's on my phone. It brings me nothing but issues with laggyness and unresponsiveness. I just want the essential, fast, smooth, and stable.
PA's hybrid settings are a must for me. I think PA's colors stops a lot of my screen burn. If I could ever get touch to wake to work the way I wanted, that would be a must (but that's more of a kernel feature.)
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
For me, the fact that a ROM is built with linaro toolchain is important. My phone has never been so fast. Using Purity with AK kernel.
I just back to stock because afaik its the most stable and smooth and that's very important to me. I do miss some features like the quick toggles and the extended power menu.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
For toggles, just install Notification Toggle. I've been using it on the stock ROM since ICS. Change the icons to the SquareGlassJellybean ones and it fits in the JB style perfectly.
