Hello,
I use cm9 on my phone, and I wanted to try Google Now. So I installed it, and it works fine. But the voice doesn't work, although the system voice search works
What can I do?

the upcoming version of robotomod will have a working Google now bundled. Although the current version has it, it doesn't work. The devs are fixing it.

I don't really know robotomod... Is there a Jelly Bean version for the Wildfire S? Or an Ice Cream Sandwich?

Hi there,
I had recently moved to miui ROM and discovered that there is no HTC locations app. I have premium license for voice navigation and I am not able to find an apk to install.
I know that sense ROM s will help me use locations.but I wanted to use miui.
Is there anyway I can get a locations app apk? Google navigation doesn't work in India and I don't want to waste my money spent on locations premium license.

Simple. If you want HTC based apps then you have to run a Sense rom. They will not work on AOSP, AOKP or MIUI based roms. They only work on HTC Sense Roms due to needing the HTC framework and drivers
Oh ok. Thanks. Hope xda geniuses come with a solution

Has anyone got S voice or any voice assistance app to work with the new ICS 4.0.4 update from CM9
Sent from my HTC Desire CDMA using xda premium
S-Voice = Samsung mobile
With Jelly Bean, we can use voice assistance, even if we are offline. It seems better then S-Voice, but I haven't tested myself. We'll see !
Yea I used the huge 100mb version of it. I seen it running on the HTC Inspire was hoping the same would work on my Desire

No offence man...
BUT ARE YOU FREAKIN' KAY-RAY-ZEE!!!!???
DrOid Is the best! Windows mobile is cr*pola...
I disagree. Windows Phone OS is great too. If I ever have to switch from android, My first preference would be a windows phone.
It got a great UI, Simple interface, great performance and many productive apps. Yeah It doesn't have that huge market and customization like android. But It saves you from the everyday trouble of changing ROMs just to get some performance or fix lags.
I'm guessing the closest thing you can get is launcher7 on the play store..

Hey guyz,
To get Windows Phone's UI in your android you can get Launcher7 app from the market it' simply very nice but you will have to install different apps for WP Contacts, Messaging, Music Player etc etc..
Good luck

I really want this on my gingerbread miui it would complete the whole sleek look I'm going for. Is there any possibility of it ever working on gb? Or is there anything similar looking?

Thanks, didn't know that until a moment ago when I tried to install it on my friend's 4.1 phone and couldn't. I just came back to update my post and you beat me to it. Oops...
Damn, I even tried copying the file from jelly time over to gb, guess it's not that simple =/
Guess it's just not possible then, even the ics digital clock would work, but all I can find is the analogue one, saw an app on here for gb a while ago but I lost the thread

This one ?
Yeah that one, but the whole app with weather. Plus that doesn't link up with the alarm, I guess I'm nit picking.
I'm just trying to get the same user interface as cyanogen mod 10, tried using it but it's not stable enough for me just yet
