Has anyone been using inverted apps ie: contacts, drop box, gmail, calendar etc on their galaxy nexus gsm? If so can you lead me in the right direction?
If it helps I'm using paranoid android 1.9.7 rom. I've seen themes which invert the apps however I'm looking for just a couple apps to be inverted; I'd like to choose
Cheers guys and girls

I've been using the inverted Dropbox from this thread, it looks fantastic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1774108.
As for inverted GApps, if you do a quick search jase33 has inverted Gmail, Contacts, and Mms. There are also these from rootz, which I'm currently using: http://rootzwiki.com/topic/29460-in...ate-8-4-gmail412-contacts-fixed-in-landscape/.
EDIT: I'm not running PA though, so I'm not sure what the compatibility is like with anything other than the standard 320 dpi.
Thanks guys, I'll check these out! Anyone else?
Thanks button is your way .... guy. :victory:

I think the gnex dialer is beautiful but I hate how it does not have t9 predictive text for finding a contact very quickly. What alternate dialer does everybody recommend?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
Dialer One gives you this option and seems to work fine on ICS.
Check out exDialer - a MIUI style dialer; T9; supports themes (including a nice ICS theme). I had been using DialerOne for 2 years and recently made the move to exDialer with no regrets
I have tried dialer one in the past but just downloaded exdialer with the ics theme and love it, thanks!

Contapps. Great Facebook, Twitter, FourSquare, and Linkeden integration, too!

+1 to this. I love it. it even has an ICS theme if you like the light blue color.
TouchPal Dialer is also nice.

Sick! Thanks. do I need notigo? Does the zip work in ics?

Notigo is nice so that it can clear the missed calls. The zip will no longer work with modern versions of CWM but you can still extract the apk from the zip and put it into /system/app yourself and reset the permissions for the same effect.
Can someone extract the main ics dialer's icon and replace the exdialer app icon with it? Then thankfully post the apk here?

I second this. the exdialer icon is so ugly
Found a solution, desktop Visualizer when you pick an icon select an app icon.

It's exactly what I just finished doing so it looks like I'm still using the stock dialer/contact apps. Couldn't be easier.
Typically I would use an Alt Launcher like Go Launcher, pin the exDialer to the bar, change the icon, then hide it in the main drawer.
Find attached exdialer v59 with main icon changed (the one from default phone app). Resigned. Please uninstall existing version on phone before installing or you will receive a certificate mismatch error.

Most ROMs have t9 dialing enabled in the stock phone app now. This was a big pet peeve of mine too, and one of the deciding factors to flash Gummy Nex. That, and the enabled AOSP tethering.
I'm using android Revolution that doesn't have t9 dialing plus others may prefer the Exdialer.

Sorry, wasn't being rude, I just wanted to let others know if they like the stock dialer and want t9, they have options

can someone post a link to some inverted apps for AOKP (mms, contacts, calendar, gmail, market etc.) that are just inverted and no other theming?
thanks

For like what rom or what mine don't show up like that all
And yea they are stock icons ....notifications don't come in with those as far as I know
Do a search in the Play Store for Sonny Sekhon's Vivid theme. That might be what you're looking for. The ROM you're running needs theme chooser for you to use it though.
Is there a current inverted Gmail 4.2 for our Galaxy S3 running Touchwiz-based ROM?
I found these...
http://goo.im/devs/BAKED/invertedapps
But both 4.2 and 4.2.1, i get Install Failed.
If anyone knows where there is a current and working Inverted Gmail for our phones, let me know. Thanks!

check here or you can post a request for transparent widgets. if it can be done, it usually only only takes a day or 2. search the thread before asking though!!!

Thanks you. The b-boy one is nice, but I'd like to change the blue text to white for my own personal use. I've unpacked the apk with winrar. Does anyone know what file to look at to change the blue text to white?
