Direct Dial - Nexus 7 Themes and Apps

Is that an app or widget that will add "direct dial"as an option on the shortcut list? I'm using Groove IP and would like to add homescreen shortcuts. I can use widgetsoid, but icon is really small. All the apps in the market seem to be incompatible.
edit: Nevermind, figured out how to make Widgetsoid work. You can select shortcut/contact, then in themes add a background to fill the whole widget space, and change the text to whatever you want. Example:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
under homescreen settings. near bottom you will see "show persistent search bar".
by default it is set to landscape only. You can change to "never".

How do you remove app names?

I just want the icons to show with no name, I been digging around but I cant find anything...
I use Apex Launcher. It has the option to remove the icon labels built in.

Floating shortcuts anywhere?

I have been looking for an app that will place a small, transparent icon on my screen that can launch an application. I would love to have an icon that looks something like the icons for SmartTask Bar and ButtonSavior. But I just want it to be a shortcut so that I can launch any other app the same way.
Here's an image of what I'm talking about. Sorry for the lazy arrows...

Just wondering if theres any way to get the default widgets you get when you first install themer like the google search widget and the clock and weather widget. I want those two widgets so I can use them in nova launcher but I havent found a way to use them in another launcher.

{
"lightbox_close": "Close",

"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}

Folder open, transparent background shows calendar

When you open a folder to select an app, the background is transparent.
Looking for a setting to change this so the apps on the home screen underneath do not show thru to apps in the folder.
See attached pic
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Looking for setting to change this to Opaque.
Thanks
Rick
