Anyone know where I can get HD wallpapers formated for the s3
Get an app called Zedge

You're welcome
The default resolution is 1440x1280. There aren't many wallpapers in this size besides crappy nature ones but I've found a few decent ones.

Hey guys is there a website or app that I could use to get HD wallpapers that look nice rather than pixelated and ugly on my SGSII?

Use photoshop or gimp to resize or crop them to 960x800 , don't start with images smaller than that , find the biggest one and get it down to that size.. You most likely will not find standard wall paper that fits that aspect ration, so some cropping will have to be done, or your images may look squished/stretched .
zedge app
^^^^^ yup, what he said =)

Take a look at this amazing collection that Capric0rn stumbled upon. They look very nice on our SAMOLED+ displays:
XDA Link
Google+ Link
Download Quickpic from the Market and make sure you set your wallpaper using "Quickpic wallpaper"
Comes out clean...

Unfortunately no, perhaps capric0rn would know about more.
I do want to leave credit where it is due so here is the extremely helpful post which is the source of the wallpapers:
Post
Xperia S home launcher and widgets were leaked by the guys at XPERIA Blog (credit to them)
From there the only .apk that's working on our Galaxy Nexus is a beautiful Live Wallpaper called Earth. I thought I'd share that one.
Also, if somebody manages to port the Music Player that would be AWESOME!
xperia Blog original post with all the .apk can be found here http://www.xperiablog.net/2012/02/25/xperia-s-home-launcher-and-widgets-leaked/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
Already dead link. Someone got the launcher apk? Or them all?

Not dead, just downloaded it. HERE IS THE DIRECT LINK FOR ALL FILES.

Same for me. I just tried it on my stock Verizon Gnex and while it installs without any errors, it immediately FCs when trying to set it as the wallpaper for my phone.
Cosmic LWP a no go here also. Maybe a dev can cook us up a compatible one?

i completely agree, Zedge is pretty damn sweet. It is like an all-in-one source for your Android
Here you go my friends, the new LWP called as Sunbeam from Galaxy S4GE.

Thank you very much man. I was searching for this static wallpaper from the day i saw this on the HTC one pic when the phone was just announced. Nw you have given the LWP itself. Thanks again.
It works VERY slow compared to the normal phasebeam. Is something missing?
Thanks for sharing bro, works perfect in my S3!

Well I joined because I like to share thoughts on accessories and stuff and I'm not rooted. The one on the play store is not the original and the animation is choppy. I found the original and you don't have to be rooted here.

Same again. The FPS is really slow. The original Phase Beam (that comes with most phones) that's blue is way faster.

I did not actually feel any difference. But a slight lag is observed often. That is not very much observe-able.
Can you make any changes to the FPS? I have seen your dark-GApps. They're excellent. Maybe you can do this too?
Thanks for the non rooted link

@Kryten2k35
Thanks for your work... i have a question for you... you only can solve my doubt ... i installed over 10 Fake Sunbeam... i have an htc one with sense but there's no difference with others... everyone posting the sunbeam says the original... from the dump.... i think it's not true... when i select my phase beam original stock it has a little description as your one sunbeam that you posted... and my other question is... is possible that with more than 10 fakes no one see the difference with the original in terms of speed? you're the first one that noticed this... the fake sun beams are stuck ... slow... the original phase beam o sun beam like the one you posted is very smooth...
so my final question is... you solve all the problems downloading ( i don't know where ) the really original one from the dump? thanks...
Actually, it's quite possible theirs are all from the leak. I will tell you now that the one I did is 100% "fake".
In that, I took the original Phase Beam added in the assets from the Sun Beam (Red, from the leak) into it and recompiled. I then changed some of the text to match the Sun Beam one and recompiled. The effect is that the exact assets from the leak are used in the "old" version.
But, my version is better because the frame rate is better and it doesn't jerk around.
So the one I did has EXACTLY the same assets (the pictures that make up the lines and circles) from the leak, I just put them into the original Phase Beam.
Hello every body can all of you post a best wallpapres on your Wnoder Thanks All ) this is some pic from my device

This is not a bad idea and there are actually a few really nice wallpapers between them. But uploading them here, in time, will lead to the servers getting filled with not so useful data. So I would suggest posting only 2-3 wallpapers here, the ones that you like the most, and if you want to upload more, put them in a zip and use the common sharing sites to upload them. Also, this way, you won't be scrolling too much to get to a certain post.
It's just an idea.
Also, try not to use watermarks on the wallpapers. Not sure how many people would use those images like this.

The watermarks are from Tapatalk, I think there's no way to don't use it if you upload from the phone.
Also, I agree with you, 2-3 wallpapers are enough.

Yep. I know the watermarks are from Tapatalk. That was kind of my point. Don't use that to upload wallpapers. Try to do it from your computer or use a sharing site and post here the link to the image. This way, the ones of us who liked that image, can have it without the watermark.
Go to graphicburger.com, they have the most awesome wallpapers.
