Accidentally flashed RIL over ICS ROM - Desire HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all,
I accidentally flashed RIL on my DHD which is running LC's ICS 8.4. Now I have no network, is there any solution to revert back?
thanks.
EDIT:
I just reflashed the ROM and everything is working now. Thank you!

Lol we didn't do anything...

In the future you can just flash the ril through recovery.

Aosp roms only use the included ril that comes with the rom.
Sense roms are the ones you can play around with rils.

Yes I know. Was just saying that if one decides to change it for whatever reason that they can just flash back the appropriate ril instead of reinstalling the whole Rom. But it is good to point out that aosp ril should be left as is.

RIL libraries are whatever the RUU came with, I didn't touch them. I'd be very careful about flashing the radio. So much so that I am not posting links for it. Anyone feeling courageous knows where to get it and how to flash it but I certainly cannot recommend it yet.
Damn! Give him a minute, sheesh! I'll pull the ril files if you're that impatient...
Awesome

rmk40 how did the stock kernel work for you, i got stuck on htc white screen, and it only booted with a costum kernel witch then render hw3d useless, since kernel have to be updated, not shure if pershoots provides new gpu drivers.
edit: nvm my update script was wrong.
here are the ril files for the new radio. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=12477286#post12477286

CM7 on CDMA?

Alright, I installed the CM7 by Alquez, and of course it didn't boot. So I switched to jmz's kernel, and I got it to get to the boot screen. It has the CM7 logo and it's doing it's thing, but I figured it wouldn't fully boot. Anyways, so my question is.....
How can I get a stable and fully working CM7 on my Wildfire S CDMA by VM. Is there a way where I can just replace a working kernel or do I have to wait, or even try my hand at modding.
If I've got to try it for myself, could someone link my to a guide on how to start editing the files and all that.
Thanks.
Edit: Just got it to boot. There are graphical glitches and no data. but everything else seems to be working fine. Except the camera.
The only cm7 that works on cdma/MarvelC is simonsimons34 cm7 wip Rom, the only thing that dosent work is camera, it does not come rooted when you flash it. The Rom you flashed that had glitches is a gsm Rom

Obviously I understand that. What I was asking is... Is there a kernel that allows me to use Alquezs build. I'm new, but not entirely new to this stuff. I was just wondering if his build would work on CDMA models because it states in the post that it's a kernel problem. At least to my understanding.

[CM9] Speed up WiFi ..?

Hello !
I remember I flashed another Kernel on CM9 and my WiFi was faster afterwards.
But then I flashed some other Roms etc.
And I lost this one Kernel / Baseband.
If I flash CM9, my WiFi is very very slow ! I google "BMW M6" and it's loading 5 minutes..! What the heck...
Also see: "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=milU7dXQd7c&feature=plcp"
or
I've already searched for ages now, so I decided to ask over here...
Hope someone can help me
I tried to change the Country Code to DE, as I live in Germany via WiFix... Did'nt work.
Anything I can do to speed up the WiFi speed..?
I mean, CM9/CM10 is incredibly fast. I love the design, the speed, but hate the WiFi speed.
Im living in germany...
Anyone able to help me..?

Yes it´s possible. However I recently flashed XXLMB and the power consumption incrased in CM9. And because I flashed it togehter with it´s Modem, I also lost HDSPA. Now I´m back to XXKL3 like b4 and all is fine. HDSPA is also working again.
You need to flash either a firmware which contains the needed Baseband with Odin, or just and extracted Baseband. Then simply restore your backup of your CM9 build.

I was using the CM10.1 nightly 4.2.2 rom that was released for the GS3 on March 15.
can you make calls ? I would check your IMEI make sure it did not get lost.

I read about that, however my 3G was still working. it would just never go to 4G even at locations I always had 4G before.
after flashing have you ever saw the 4g icon ? if not I would go to the ROM thread and ask if it included in the ROM.

it was included in the rom, i even tried the •Jelly Bean 4.1.1 I535VRBLK3 Base from synergy and had the same issue. just went back to my Darthstalker X rom and it seems to be working again.
Well that sucks, but I am glad your 4G is back up and running. I have not ever flashed any CM10 when I had my S3 because of the losing IMEI crap instead I would flash AOSP ROM's and never had any problems. You may want to try one of those.

GPS broken after trying Radio Update

A while ago I rooted my DesireHD and installed a custom rom.
After that my GPS didn't work anymore..
I tried a new custom Rom and tried updating 'Radio' with another Rom / Update.
Now, all my apps crash that use GPS, which is kind of a problem, since I use Google Maps & Navigator a lot..
Can anyone please tell me what a good DHD Rom / Radio is these days I should use, and how I can install these properly?
Thanks!

I know how to search this forum, thanks anyway... Problem is, there are threads with 20+ radio updates.. How would I know which one is best, and what is the proper order to install, the radio first, or android first..
