I've seen some pretty slick weather Widgets screenshots but can't for the life of me find the damn thread. I'm looking for something that doesn't look like sense. Big and pretty is what I'm going after.
I have beautiful Widgets and a few others but nothing appeals to me or doesn't resize to use screen space. Any suggestions?
Also where in the hell is the "Show me your Setup" thread? I've looked in Apps, General, and Q/A
Update:
Found Weather Widgets suitable for now. Still open to suggestions. Links or screenshots preferred.

Try HD Weather Widget. It is HIGHLY customizable and you can make it look as close or as different from Sense as you like.
Here's the show me your screen thread.

There's also Beautiful widgets. It's a bit less complex. I get lost in HD widgets.
i am using asus weather
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1713975
like the clean and simple look
i like palmary weather i bought the pro one. 4x4 is biggest you can go so it doesnt fill screen but the 15 day forecast is nice.
Asus weather? Nice and big...
Weather Eye has awesome widgets that are resizable & customizable.
This is the weather app I've been waiting for.

I love be weather and the options
Yea Asus Weather is great and I used it on my N7 before but I came from a Transformer so looking for something different. Ill probably give HD Widgets a go.
Whatever I'm using now is already getting boring.
HD Widgets was what I was looking for. The 4x4 weather widget. They didn't have it in the screenshots so I passed over it. Its OK.

I'm looking for a widget that is roughly the size of two icons, that looks like the small one that HTC senses uses, but that works with Launcher Pro. Does anymore one make anything like this?
The included one with Launcher Pro is too big.
Any thoughts?
Snowstorm

Beautiful widgets. Has both a standard sized 2x4 and a smaller one as well.

Tried Beautiful Widgets, didn't really like it's weather widgets but that Snowstorm one looks EXACTLY like what I was looking for.
Hell, the 1x2 widget even LOOKS like the HTC sense widget I've been missing since I went to Launcher Pro.
Snowstorm worked good.
Thanks!
I can't seem to find anything that compares. Colorize widget was the closest I could find, but it doesn't work spd shell 3d. Any alternatives that will work without using a common launcher?

I feel your pain, I had sense withdrawls when I first switched, then they went away but lately they have been coming again. With all the issues I've had with sprint and the lack of support from samsung, I think I'm going back to htc soon.
Anyways, enough of my rant, the closest I have found is the "android pro widgets", and it's free! It comes as a pack with a friendstream style widget, bookmark, calendar and even people widgets.
I really don't get why touchwiz comes with 7 screens and practically no widgets. HTC makes the only phone I have ever been able to create a nice layout using all screens and not have wasted space.
I miss feeds and updates widget that was on the first epic. Don't know why it's gone on the S2. If it's bcuz of social hub they could at least had added a widget for it!

Thx, but unfortunately it doesn't scroll for me and that arrow down is flakey

If you're looking for 3rd party (truly) scrollable widgets for spb shell 3d you won't find any. The reason APW uses a scroll button is the lack of scrollable widget support in your used launcher.
I use APW on my view tablet with and it is awesome. Better than sense for sure. If you really want friendstream, switch to launcherpro plus instead of touchwiz. LPP is smooth as hell and the widgets are awesome.

I've been using weather bug elite
Is there anything better than this app for weather?
I personally use Weather Channel... I used to use Weatherbug but didn't like the UI.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...251bGwsMSwxLDMsImNvbS53ZWF0aGVyLldlYXRoZXIiXQ..
In terms of apps I'm usually switching between 1Weather and Weather Eye, but I use a whole bunch of different widgets for weather.
I think Weather Flow is the best looking.
For ICS and JB I prefer Weather Eye with it's holo style look. Read more:

Palmary and Android Weather are nice also.
I tried the weather channel but it was extremely laggy.
Thanks for recommending weather eye. I love the simplicity of it, but I was wondering if there was another app that had very detailed features such as radar forecast, allergies, etc.
I use android weather... work great for me

I'm a beweather fan myself. I like the responsiveness of the radar maps for monsoon season.
1 weather shows a lot of promise. The only downsides are a bad widget and lame backgrounds.

Weather eye is beautiful !
Squirted from my JellyNex!
Would be cool to see moving sun rays or rain falling from a weather widget.
I'm curious about this too...
My HTC One X had an awesome weather widget... one of the many things I miss about that phone.
Bump.
I want to know this too

Sense have moving weather i believe hopefully somebody can confirm (or shoot me down in flames), not looked myself but maybe somebody has ported the sense apps from htc?

Beautiful widgets has animation. Pretty nice might be what your looking for.

Beautiful Widgets has animated weather when you tap on the widget. What I think the OP wants is the actual home screen widget to be animated.

Bingo.
Sent from the future.
Beautiful Widgets also has an animated wallpaper that changes with the weather and time of day. Battery friendly too. For the weather (or clock) you can select from hundreds of themes.

I have Beautiful widgets and I had that wallpaper back on my OG Epic 4G, not really what I'm looking for.

I'm new but not really new to xda. Was wondering if any of the brilliant minds are working on making the stock JVB weather widget transparent or other options like fancy widgets does. Tried using the fancy widgets app but dosent work well on my phone since jumping from OGEVO to LGOG. Thanks in advance. And great work guys.
Beautiful Widgets is my go to for weather widgets. Thousands of themes to choose from.

Thanks for the reply
Another suggestion is the WeatherBug app. The widgets it comes with are nice. They can be clear too.
I usually just stick my head out of the window while driving.
Admittedly, this does not forecast the weather for me all that well, but I'm a live in the moment kind of guy.
In all seriousness though, Eye In The Sky has been my favorite weather widget to date.
