Use dolphin browser hd - no problems on this one...

I have tried every browser on the market none of them works

Hmm, have you made a clean install of the rom (fullwipe)?
Maybe you should change the title of your thread - include the rom name. I guess there will be some more response...

Much more details is required.
Which Version of Mimicry.
How did you flash it?
Did you do a full wipe (factory-reset) and wipe of Cache/Dalvik-Cache before flashing the new rom?
What options did you choose when installing mimicry (Virtuous OC? SuperChargerV6?)
Did you try wiping the browser's cache data? (i.e.: from manage app area).

Latest version
I flashed it via from manager and yes I did wipe the dalvik cache/cache.
I chose virtuous oc,v6 supercharger
I haven't tried to wiping the browser cache data trying it now.

By the way for future reference, "Latest Version" is a very poor response, since some people may think they're on the latest version, or latest version just got upgraded, or in some cases the thread may age. So it's always best to literally post the exact version rather than some relative term.
And yes wiping the app's own cache from "manage app" (under system settings), is usually a common fix for browsers that are hung up.

Version 1.3.1 I cleared cache browser performance is better than before but still lags heavily on heavy flash websites like youtube

You know there's a Youtube app right? and it doesn't surprise me that flash would lag. (I actually have the flash app disabled, especially as there's usually an app for anything I'd need flash with).

[Q] What I'm doin wrong????????

So guys this is what I need to know
I want to know if the recovery that u use affect the internet of your phone cuz I was using workclokmod and I was running elite3 and the internet speed was pretty good and even the xda app was loading fast just 2 days ago and 2day I flash the ra_ recovery 2.3 and I flash the same Rom but the internet was acting gay and even the xda app was taking 4 ever to load so I want to know if the recovery method affect this or what
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
Perhaps just crappy signal as of late, but your recovery has no effect on your internet speeds.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong...but I don't believe the recovery you use has any effect on your internet...you could have had a bad flash...but that's all I can come up with...I'm no dev tho

Was it the same rom version and kernel and all that?...no difference?
Sent from my nightly EVO
Try a full wipe, wipe dalvik separately, then re-flash. Also make sure you're using a good kernel for your rom. I recommend netarchy for Sense or Savaged Zen for AOSP

Personally I'd add Tiamat for AOSP roms as well.

Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of Titanium Backup. But like I said, try doing a complete wipe of everything, wipe dalvik twice (for good measure), and re-flash. Also try just re-downloading your apps instead of using the backup program.
And ffs, sync with your Google account. It will save you a ****load of time

Problems with all roms

Ok so I've tried flashing many different roms cm7,sense 2.2, sense 2.3, and miui and even tried restoring old roms with clocwork and all seem to install fine but whenever I reboot after installing everything starts fc'ing or goes into bootloop. If anyone can please tell me what's wrong or any steps I should take to fix these issues it would be greatly appreciated

have you tried to do a fix permission through the ROM manager after flashing any rom?
Yes i fixed permissions and wiped data and cache before flashing.

When going from the stock ROM to another ROM you need to do a factory reset; likewise, you need to do a reset when moving between incompatible ROMs (Sense/non-Sense, Froyo/GB, etc.).
Additionally, if using a backup app (Titanium/My Backup), you can't restore settings between incompatible ROMs as their system settings are often different.

*Huge* wording flaw in Titanium! Restoring apps will restore the apps data, restoring data will restore /data.

stuck in bootloop

i restarted my phone and its stuck on bootloop, what do i do?
Try reflashing the ROM without wiping. BTW, for better help, honestly, you need to explain a lot more than the 3-4 words you have posted.
Actually i got the same prob. I disconnected from usb without pressing turn off (i use cyanogen 7.0.3 stable). After doing so, adw launcher didnt seem to respond so i decided to reboot. After that, i got boot loop on reboot. Flashing the rom again seems to solve the problem, but only until next reboot. Any suggestions?

The same type of question,2-3 sentance, no spec of phone. Dude post your spec.
Else try a clean install, formatting boot, system, cache, dalivc cache, user data, ext , etc.

Sent from my HTC Wildfire using XDA App
Nop,not necessarily. Cos some will do it as default. But some wont. But it will do no harm if u do, other than consuming 2-5 minutes .

Ok , then the option remaining is restore from backup. If u have the backup of current rom, go to advanced backup in cwm and do system resrore only. And check if it works. If it wont, do full wipe and do a complete restore. No more optns.:-(

i dont have a backup, unfortunantly, looks like i will have to wait until future releases of splash ics then to see if the problem is with other wildfires trying to run that ROM or if it is just mine :-(
Should i redownload the rom to see if that works for me?
Tried wiping data/cache/dalvik cache/system/data-factory reset, and then reflash? 1st boot always takes more time btw.

3.5???

Any 3.5 rom I run my apps always disappear anytime I reboot my phone. Any idea why??
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
well i don't know why that would happen a couple of questions
1 Did you wipe data factory reset before you flashed?
what recovery are you using ? clockworks does not wipe correctly Try using Amon RA! that wipes well
3 if you really want to use clockworks mod recovery then just download a super wipe like kings or viruses or calcks
Link to Kings Format all zip multiupload.com/42OXEA7YFY
No credit to me for anything thanks King for creating that format zip file amon ra and anyone else i mentioned in this post just to help a brotha out lol
Try to shut down the boot up or uncheck fastboot in settings. It's a known issue
Sent from my PC36100 using xda premium
never had that problem
I've never had the problem with apps disappearing.
I'm using amon recovery. And I'm doing full wipes. It only seems to do it with 3.5 roms. Lol
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
well
Like Stated above go into the settings and turn off quick boot it should do the trick
maybe its something wrong with a2sd?
Turning off fastboot didn't help. Still did it.
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
ok what HW Version do you have find out by going to settings about phone hardware info....
Specifically which 3.5 Rom are you running?
My device is 003, and it does it on literally all the 3.5 roms available right now. Last night I tried shooters e3d rom and it did it, then I tried miks 3d and it still did it, so idk but it seems to be that sense 3.0 and up don't like my phone

When you say apps disappear, do you mean that the apk is missing from the filesystem or that they don't appear in the app drawer, or the Sense launcher? Is it all apps or just ones you installed from the market, or perhaps ones restored from a backup?
All market apps disappear. Even the market disappears
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
Are you using a2sd or is it included with your rom? If so is your SD card partitioned properly?
I switched my memory card n problem solved

Dam, I really feel as though that is my next step I just didn't want to admit it.

[Q] If I am installing an updated ROM, do I need to do a clean wipe first?

Search is down so forgive me if this is a repeat question. The PACman rom was recently updated and I want to get it. I'm doing a backup regardless, but not having to restore from the backup if the update works out would be nice.
Just flash the update.don't wipe.
Sent from my One V using xda app-developers app
And if he has a tons of apps force closing? I suggest you do a clean install .
But if he does not clean wipe then he's saying that he would restore data that means even more FCs
And I updated in a similar way without wiping,no FCs that's why i suggested that
Sent from my One V using xda app-developers app
I flashed the update with no wipe like mihirengg19 said to do. Seems to be working fine.
The only FC's I was getting was on the storage page in settings. I haven't run into any new FCs yet.
Thanks for your help.

Nandroid before you do a dirty flash. That way you can wipe and restore from nandroid easily.
