Hi, I would like to know if there are any tutorials or info on how to flash/switch from Sprint to metro pcs for the Samsung galaxy s3.
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
I'll even out in a bounty if the method suggested works.

Does the s3 r530 and r530u use the sae boot.img ?
Doubtful. But you need to be in the Sprint forums for your particular device. Ask there to know for sure.

After root everyone should begin to play with Xposed framework!!!!(lol)
I can't get Rogers Anyplace Live to work on CM10.1, I've seen some of the bell users have some luck getting their version to work by modifying the build.prop or something of that nature, but I didn't have any luck with it. Anyone have any ideas how to get this app to work with custom roms?

Any ideas? I'm not smart enough with this stuff to figure it out on my own.

Have you tried following the instructions that the Bell users used? My guess is because your phone is reporting in as an i747 versus an i747M also D2ATT vs. D2CAN.
Yes I've tried what the bell users did to get their similar app to work. It did not help

Today I am going to flash my phone to cricket. Will I be able to still flash sprint Roms or will I have to get special ones ? Will it also mess with the flashing to Cricket ?

answered in your other thread
Isn't flashing phones illegal making this thread a discussion of an illegal hack this banned by xda rules?

I think the difference (and it's subtle) is that he's asking about flashing Sprint Roms once he's flashed his phone to Cricket, not the actual process of flashing to Cricket.
If he were asking fora guide to flash to Cricket, then yes, I'd say that this thread would be against XDA rules.
nothing illegal about flashing to cricket at all as cricket accepts foreign ESN's. So no need do clone change or do anything else to your MEID which is illegal
Has anyone on here flashed a GSIII to Cricket yet and if so are you in an LTE area? I have a GSIII that I am not using and would like to use for business only and want maybe use it on Cricket. I dont really want to pay Sprint $30 more bucks plus taxes to add it to my current account when I still have no LTE coverage.
ive got a flashed s3 no lte however because the cricket s3 uses a sim for LTE like verizon model does.
Hey guys..
As the title says I unlocked (and rooted) my Verizon Galaxy Note 2, and I am now on the T Mobile service. I used the app called hiapn global and it worked great. But the problem is I'm only getting edge signal and I know H+ is all around. Now I know that I can't use LTE anymore because I'm not on Verizon's network. I know that there's different frequencies in the phones operations but I'm trying to find a way to get a better connection because I know people around me having a great connection on their normal t mobile phones
Any ideas or suggestions?
Ps, I'm new to Xda but I've been rooting, and hacking for years. So if anyone has any ?'s let me know!
