Hope you find one OP, I personally won't give mine up though.

Yeah the people putting this phone down just are trolling i love it.As for the photon you can get $350 if you hype it good on ebay minus fee's about $300 then you can pick a sgs2 up off ebay for about $100 more.
But you will never find a sucker i mean a person to trade you a sgs2 for a photon.

Good Luck finding one Bro.. It's going to be tough. This phone lives up to all the Hype and then some, based of the euro model..
Suck it up like I did and throw that cash down.. Its well worth it...

Just pick up a cheap, old Sprint phone off eBay, switch service to it, sell the photon, then pick up the S2. This is an easy one, c'mon *lol*

Go to Sprint site pic up their referb sanyo flip for 50.00.
Activate it sell Photon take Sanyo to store trade up within 15 days pay the difference.

Or be a bulldog about things...
Take your oldest Sprint phone that isn't worth selling and swap phones on your line and sell the Photon *OR* trade it in at Sprint,....E3D got $135, Photon should get at least as much. That leaves only $65 left to pay for an ET4G. Then after activation call Sprint and get your contract rescinded (due to the admin fee change). Sure, they want to refuse it...but they will do it. They have to. Sure, t hey will assure you that the contract allows them to go up to $1.99, but, the contract also assures you that any material change to the contract lets you out for free...I'm pretty sure that trumps their card. Sure, you aren't a lawyer but neither are they...and you should make sure they know that you have more time to spend on the issue than they have to defend it. You will get out for free, I did.
Then you get yourself into a new line, port your old number to GoogleVoice and in 3 days you have a $65 ET4G, a new number *and* your old number on your new phone and a new contract with an even more insane ETF.
I did it today, you can too.

Hey bro I seen your post in that thread, I "canceled" my contract because of the administrative charge .. but they still won't met me buy a new phone with the two year price. Seems like you were in the same situation can you please explain how you did it

I wish the accessibility to the rest of the Play Store would be granted here in Sweden.
That's one of the reasons I wanna live in the U.S, to access things like these directly.

Yup that's what it says. That was quick and makes more sense, lining up more with the "resume sales next week with Android 4.1" statement from a few days ago.

Do we even know the nexus was taken offline because of the Apple thing or simply because they were wanting to start shipping the Nexus with JB? I mean doesn't JB still have the slide to unlock and the info linking and local searches?
Perhaps it was intentional.
I'm really looking forward to the source so we can start customizing this mofo

The judge was most concerned with the search patent not slide to unlock. Google took the phone off the store because of the injunction and said it would be back next week when they had a software fix (in JB). Now that the injunction was temporarily lifted, Google is offering it for sale again. Of course next week, the injunction could be back in affect again and it isn't clear if the judge will lift the injunction after a software change.
My guess is Google is allowed to ship the devices if they are already sold which may be why it is for sale again even though the injunction is likely to go back into affect next week. So if the injunction goes through, they can still ship the ones they sold. So this may not be a permanent offering the store..

i signed up for one but didn't get an email. the jerks. luckily i purchased one locally (from a guy who got it at Google I/O) for the same price. it downloaded the jellybean update 5mins into using my phone.

I got to get on my grind again. I have the sprint model but I want the gsm model to go prepaid.

I signed up and also didn't receive an email, but after it was announced the ban was lifted, I literally checked the play store every 30 minutes.

The trick is, they'll send you the money. It'll say pending, and it MIGHT even clear.
As soon as you send the item and give them a tracking number, they'll do a "charge back" on the account and the money will disappear from your account. And PayPal's service is so ****ty. They'll always side with the buyer. (Probably BC that's the only way they can get a cut out of it.)

Just got a Brand New GS3 for $.99 with ATT

AT&T has matched Sam's Galaxy S3 BF price of .96 and let me upgrade 2 weeks early. I can provide proof if you need it, I have the email confirmation.This totally beats waiting in those black friday lines. They also said that I can call back when i get my bill and they will remove the 36$ activation fee
I just called at&t and asked them if they could override the upgrade date to make it 2 weeks earlier to take advantage of sam's offer on black friday. But they said that they could not do it, but they could price match it. Now, I am getting the GS3 2 weeks before black friday at the black friday sam's club price without having to wait in those ridiculous lines!

Btw you can also order online at Sam's club the 21st-23rd for the .96 price.

A person who has wifi at work and home wouldn't use data cap as a determination of carrier choice.

The T-Mobile version definitely comes in Gunmetal Gray - I think that will be the only color.

looking at HTC site it only shows one color. All the other carriers listed shows exactly what they are selling in stores and online. Safe to assume all we get is gray.

That's fine by me. I went to a Verizon store to get my hands on one. The Gunmetal is far superior IMO.

was in my local tmo store and the guy told me that it will be only the grey and it will be very limited quantities. he said it shouldnt matter though becuase the s5 is coming out that day too. he even told me hey were opening at 8am that day.

I just called two stores. One said they are opening at 8. So I guess I'll go to that one and hopefully only be a few minutes late to work lol.

I just tried and they wont secure one in any way, not my store at least. I can't miss work, I make almost $300 a day, that would double the price of my down payment. Guess I will just have to wait till after work, the guy at the store seemed to think everyone wants the s5, I have the s4 and I definitely don't want the s5.
Edit: I called another store and they said they would save one...... we'll see.

Yea I was kinda shocked when I found that out. Must be apart of there "un-carrier" movement.

Just called 5 local stores. None had info. But one lady said if I come in tomorrow I can pre order it. Will have it over knighted or one reserved for Friday. Will find out tomorrow.
