Thats a good idea actually. It would give us a good indication to why it no longer works.
Meanwhile, at Sony, somebody is reading this thread...

[Q] Has anyone tried the 380m to 420m user data space mod on their LT15i?

As the title says, has anyone tried it? Here's the link to the thread, it's originally intended for MT15:

Any help would be much appreciated.

i try it but i don't know whether it's the reason made my clearbass not working
I've tested and works correctly.
before doing so make a backup of your lt15i.
Once you find flashed the mod, you have to do a restore but only the Data,
Yes, though doesn't show initially in app management.

[Q] going back to stock?

I bought an xperia play 4g second hand, and i'm looking to get it back to stock. it's a r800at,with the true ancestor rom. Bootloader is locked. I'm slightly familiar with the phone and how it was rooted and modded, mostly because i helped the original owner (a buddy of mine) with all of that.

Why does it say R800i if it's an R800at?

different firmware; it's using this rom with this firmware.
Anyway, you just need to use flashtool to flash a stock rom and that should be it. I think you have to use 2.3.3 on a R800at.
You can get the ftf files for flashtool here

Awesome! Thanks so much.

No I don't know what's new either. I think it's been updated for different regions. But Ben Ling says it's faster to browse favorites.
