Missing market apps

Is it just me or some apps disappeared from the market?
Some examples: widgetsoid, dubwise, appbrain.

I'm on 2.2.1, t-mo US. Those apps are still on my market.

I have German no branding Rom and I miss verry much apps on market too. But they are still installed

well there are alots of apps that ar marked as NON WORKING on our devices but idno i mean i have asphalt 6 on my apps it was 8 $ or something like that i buyed for this phone and for a samsung galaxy s the galaxy has the app in the market but the defy dosent i ended up donwloading a apk from warez asme with ganster miami vindication and some apps
its sad because the underestimate our phones

Ok, that would make sense for games or high end apps, but not for common widgets as widgetsoid. I'll try to uninstall market updates and see what happens.

Go to 4shared.com and see if they got it, download .apk file straight to your phone and install it that way..

[REQ] Latest Sky Go APK

I'm unable to download the Sky Go app. from the Google Play market as I live in Canada and Google Play has blocked the app from being downloaded outside the UK. I do have VPN and credentials for a valid Sky subscription in the UK.
Enabled VPN for the UK, tried clearing Google Play cache and Data via Settings, Applications, logged in to Google Play with a different Gmail account that I had created in the UK, but still unable to access the UK Google Play. I have a stock unrooted S3 i9300. A humble request for someone to kindly post the latest Sky Go APK which works with ICS.

Two WhatsApp in one android device

Hi I have note 2...I want to install 2 WhatsApp in my phone. I have seen 2 WhatsApp on one of my friends Iphone there I tried by renaming the files of WhatsApp on my phone but I failed. I need help.

I want to do with multi user.... In Iphone if we rename raw file of WhatsApp.... For example we rename all command which has WhatsApp with WhatsApp1...so I tried the same in my note 2 also..... All the files got renamed but one files didn't get renamed and it couldn't happen.......

2 google maps apps installable concurrently without root, so whatsapp....

someone modified the signature of google maps (for worldwide navigation)
it didnt have worldwide navigation formerly (dont know if it supports now)
now if the signature of the app is changed, the app is identified as some other app
this way an official whatsapp & a version with different signature can be installed
the phone will identify 'modded signature-whatsapp' as some other app.
now if someone can make such changes, say 3 modded signatures of whatsapp app, 4 whatsapp apps, all with different account can be used concurrently
I am not sure if its possible, someone please try to do this (I am not a dev, I study medicine, Sorry)

I don't think that's possible, unless it's a two sim card mobile, 'cause whatsapp only works with one device and phone number, this means you can't set up the same phone number on two different devices.

I found the solution to use 2 Whatsapp in same Android device. Root is required.
You need a application '2 lines for Whatsapp.' it is free on play store. Install it and enjoy 2 Whatsapp in same device.

I had an application the stopped working and is no longer in the market!

There was an app called peliculas hd that allowed me to watch movies, even the ones in the theater still, now it won't update since it's not in Google play anymore. Does anyone have a better movie app or know how to get mine to work again?

have you tried to google "peliculas hd apk"?
that should return a lot of options for you to download and manually install the APK

A lot of those apps get kicked off Google....and the devs shut it down.

You should try F-Droid.com there are a select few of apps that are no longer on the Google market stowed away on that site! Even have an apk file you can install!

First: You'd need an american Adress, international credit card, besides the way to keep Google thinking you're from the US.
