Will take some screenshots shortly and yeah, wifi needs fixed but it is not that easy.... we are trying to fix it for over a month now. Hopefully, after Lloir gets his phone, wifi will be fixed.

My favorite ROM! Will this work on Android 4.0.3?

I can't find my contacts it says no contacts on SIM, any way to fix?

Why do you want it on Android 4.0.3? It is 4.0.4 as a base, same as CM9. In theory it should work in 4.0.3 but we will need a CM9 based on that android version and I doubt I will ever do it. It works flawlessly as it is.

I don't have contacts on sim, so can you do the following:
Go to "People" (it's right next to the dialer icon) When the "add google account" appears press "Not now" - Press on Import/Export contacts and choose "Import from SIM Card".

So can I run it on 4.0.3? If not, can someone tell me on how to upgrade to 4.0.4?
Thanks in advance,

Thanks a bunch. Quick question - does this support Titanium-KISS kernel? It is the fastest and most stable kernel for me.
Thanks

Dude, when you flash the ROM it'll update to 4.0.4 by itself.....
First come smiles. Then come lies. Last is gunfire.

Thx for clearing that up, I was running KISS on your rom it was just in case!

[B]What's so awesome about this ROM?[/B]
Its an Xtra-ybrid ROM. Read First Post .
[B]Is a full wipe needed?[/B]
YES , If its first time you are flashing the ROM
NO, it is not required, but it is strongly recommended. If you choose to do a "dirty" flash, please do NOT post bug reports or issues you are having, as something from an earlier release might be causing the issue.
[B]I Can't see media in gallery or apollo. What To Do ?[/B]
Make sure you don't have corrupted files in SDcard, best way to check is to copy all your SDcard data to PC.
[B]Why Phone soft reboot's while playing video?[/B]
Disable HW overlay in Settings>>Developer Options. It's a known issue
[B]I want only 1 row of toggles/power widget, not both, how to disable one of them?[/B]
To disable CM's power widget, you know how. To disable AOKP toggles, ROM Control>Toggles>Enabled toggles>de-select everything
[B]How to turn on Nav Ring feature in AOKP ROM Control?[/B]
You need to install gapps, Google Now to be specific, because it's a default Nav Ring
[B]I flashed this awesome ROM but I don't have (insert Google app here) why?[/B]
You simply have to download the gapps from download page and flash via recovery.
[B]Is Project Butter working on this ROM?[/B]

[B]I'm having an issue and want to report it but I don't know how.[/B]

[B]I keep reading about this "logcat" what is it and how do I make on?[/B]

To learn more about logcats and how to create them please refer first post
ADDITIONAL UI CHANGE FAQs
Code:
[B]Global density :[/B]
Is the one used by your hardware configuration and all non PAD touched applications. It's the old one that you can change with build.prop, and this one can get you outside of tablet mode - Phone mode. Don't touch it if you dont know what you're doing. This one has nothing to do with PAD or PAL, as it's the one designed by google.
[B]Default SystemUI DPI :[/B]
User interface density, can be reflected on statusbar, Recent apps, etc. This one can't get you outside of your current mode.
[B]Deafult User DPI :[/B]
Is the one used when your app is not on pad.prop list, so when you run a new app that it's installed by you, and not on /system/app, it will run at this density. This one cant get you outside your current mode neither.
[B]Some Other Facts :[/B]
[LIST]
[*] You can't change framework dialogs (like when you hold power button) density on tab mode yet, don't waste your time (it's limited from 120 to 128 global density so it's not a huge difference)
[*] Keyboard must be on the same global density, for tablet mode (i have not tried phone mode)
[*] Disable Settings>System>Statusbar>Auto Hide statusbar
[*] If you see the dock on launchers in tablet mode, and not the old layout, this is NORMAL, it was ugly before, and now it's preset to phone mode at 240 density. If you want to get the old ugly tablet mode for launchers, go to settings > paranoid > hybrid settings > list apps, select your launcher, put density to 120-140 and put in on tablet mode
[*] I'm not the responsible that some apps, being on phone mode, and seted up to tablet mode looks ugly. Google is. Go blame google!
[*] The message that appears every time that you change DPI or layout mode for any app IS NORMAL, we put in there so changes can be applied, APP IS NOT FORCE CLOSING, we're asking you to force close, please read at least!

Can we run those commands in the terminal emulator on the phone itself? (obviously without the adb prefix)
edit #1:
in terminal (on the phone):
Wakelocks:
su
cat /proc/wakelocks > sdcard/wakelocks.txt
dmesg:
su
dmesg > sdcard/dmesg.txt
logcat:
su
logcat > sdcard/logcat.txt
-edit #2
If someone can clue me in on how to combine / pipe / append all three to an log.txt, I think we can stuff that into a sh script that everyone would easily be able to run. Thank you.
something like:
{cat /proc/wakelocks; dmesg; logcat} >> sdcard/log.txt
-edit #3
Bash script:
#!/bin/sh -x
echo "elog start"
touch sdcard/log.txt
date >> sdcard/log.txt
cat /proc/wakelocks >> sdcard/log.txt
dmesg >> sdcard/log.txt
logcat >> sdcard/log.txt
echo "elog done"
Copy to log.sh
in terminal emulator
su
sh log.sh
go find the log.txt file in the root directory of your sdcard
open it, copy, paste to pastebin, grab the link and you're good
I looked into using the pastebin api, but android doesn't have libcurl, so no dice on that.

Downloading right now! Sounds good af.
Also, when you say Call Issues, what do you mean by it?

I see one bug, the screen glitches when you open an app. I can't screencap it since it's so fast, but I see it. It lasts about 3 seconds or so.

Attention!
PRUDENCE to all ROM porters and modders, Any ports from other device is granted and YOU as the porter do not need to ask any permissions on ME as the OP of this ROM i.e (JellyBread ROM), BUT you MUST notify me as the ONLY condition, I dont like to see a ROM's originally from our section and called it YOURS on other device section. Proper CREDITS should also be given. Another PRUDENCE, RE-POSTING of the same ROM with just some small changes etc, on the same section is NOT PERMITTED, we dont need two same thing, that just doesnt make sense, but if the case is for improvements, lets just help each other on this. If somehow you hate me for this, you may read xda forum rules under rule #12 here. Dont take me wrong for this, I also have hard time modifying and work on this, thats all I'am asking.

Latest Stable Release
ONLY FOR ONE X INTERNATIONAL, TEGRA 3 VERSION - I don't want any more bricked devices!!
F.A.Q. has been moved to 5th post and frequently updated, so before posting, please read if your issue has a soultion!
Download folder (zips and always fresh changelog): http://goo.gl/2i7kN
MIRROR from RomHut! http://goo.gl/BLSZM
Actual version: IceColdJelly422 V3.8 - 24-07-2013
What's New
A LOT of HALO updates - PA
RC: Add notifcation row backround transparency - SlimBean
RC: Statusbar date - maxwen
Revert "ROMControl: Allow Custom Icon Tinting Option – AOKP
Settings: HALO Size – PA
Updates to CMFileManager, Apollo, DSPManager – CM
Camera: Add red-eye flash mode – CM
A LOT of updates and fixes trough out the rom, don't let this small changelog fool you!
This will probably be the last 4.2.2 version of the rom, I hope I'll manage to get 4.3 working, but it will be pretty hard without the device in my hand!
Full wipe is needed ONLY if you experience unusual FCs
HBOOT update tutorial by jkulr
IceColdJelly IRC channel
ICJ.helpful.stuff: this link for help+tools - bymattoffshore
You want to see a normal night at the DEV office, click here!!
What's Broken:
In call volume adjustment works, but not fully well in Speaker mode
MHL output is rotated incorrectly to portrait in horizontal mode (but workaround added since alpha 8 for hw decoded videos/youtube. Use bsplayer from playstore, almost all videos play with it in correct rotation in hwoverlay)
No FM radio app in ROM. But Spirit FM works (free version) - will be fixed in V2.2
ROMS
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy JB. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
Boot.img repacker by xcesco89
How to flash:
Either follow this BEST flashing tutorial especially made for ICJ by JKURL or follow these short steps:
turn OFF your phone
BACKUP your data using recovery (and SD on first flash just in case)
boot in bootloader
select fastboot mod
flash boot.img via fastboot that is located in the rom.zip: fastboot flash boot boot.img
run this command now: fastboot erase cache
go back to hboot screen
select recovery
full wipe is needed IF you aren't coming from other AOSP 4.2 rom and the best is to use this script!!
flash the rom
flash newest gapps (Google applications) from here -they NEED to be flashed after every ROM flash
boot
If you have any other question and want more INFO look into F.A.Q. in 3rd post!!!

HOW TO BUILD ICECOLDJELLY FROM SOURCE
Tutorial by n3ocort3x with my blessing! - updated 26.01.2013
That's all folks!!
if you have to flash a kernel, or you want to repack a kernel and flash the repacked kernel, I highly recommend
One X One Click v2.1
absolutely noob proof and stable. I use it since months and it never fails.
if you want to upgrade your rom+gapps[+modules+soundmods] use the tool
Auto Flasher ROM flash utility
if you want to flash your stuff by hand, take a look here: ADB

ICJ FAQ
Last updated: 21/10/2013 13:51 (GMT/UTC)
I can't give any support on the apps/mods that are provided. Read the FAQ to be sure if you are safe to flash/apply!!!
General Questions:
How to flash:
* Turn OFF your phone
* Boot in bootloader
* Select "fastboot"
* Flash boot.img via fastboot that is located in the rom.zip: "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
* Run this command now: "fastboot erase cache"
* Go back to hboot screen
* Select "recovery"
* Full wipe is needed IF you aren't coming from other AOSP 4.2 rom and the best is to use this script!!
* Flash the rom
* Flash these gapps (Google applications - 20130301) -they NEED to be flashed after every ROM flash
What is the newest stable version?
IceCold OneX 3.8 + md5checksum
What is the newest public beta?
AICP 19-10-2013 - Not tested by me, don't know if it works at all!
Where is the latest beta changelog?
You can find it here. This also includes changes from not released versions!!!!!
What kernel does this ROM use?
The stock kernel in ICJ is from the great work of neo. This is a 3.1 kernel which needs atleast hboot 1.31. This ROM is protected for those who are on a lower hboot, it simply won't flash. More info and how-to use are here and here.
Which launcher(s) are included in ICJ?
Trebuchet.
Which musicplayer(s) are included in ICJ?
Stock music from AOSP and Apollo from CM.
Which equalizer(s) is included in ICJ?
DSP Manager.
Does this ROM has FM support?
No, not native. But there is a app called Spirit FM on XDA that should work.
Does this ROM with stock kernel has S2W? (Swipe2Wake)
Yes it has. You can enable it at Android Settings under Device Options.
Does this ROM with stock kernel supports fast charge?
Yes, more info like what and how to use are under section "usage" of FAQ.
Does this ROM with stock kernel supports UMS? (USB Mass Storage)
Yes (Since version ICJ42 2.5), but before you use it you need to turn of usb debugging under developer options. This also means you no longer have the /0/ folder on the sd-card.
Does Photosphere work on this ROM?
No, but there is a modded camera going around which can. You can find it here (credits: mattoffshore). Just flash it trough recovery. This will NOT overwrite the default camera from ICJ.
Are there even more mods included?
Yes, you also have a CRT-OFF animation when screen goes off. The settings for this are at ROM Control under the section General UI.
No way, are there even more mods included?
Oh yes, to be honest I lost track what is included and what not (good sign btw). PIE Controls is included since version 2.7(the link shows what PIE Controls is for).
Is this ROM Linaro compiled?
No, not anymore. It seems Linaro was giving trouble with atleast auto-rotation (and perhaps even reboots). ICJ version 2.5 is completly clean from Linaro.
Inverted Gapps:
The inverted Gapps by TUN_SD can be find here. Keep in mind this gets more regular updated then the original Gapps. It is reported on older versions some apps like dialer etc. won't show in the app drawer. If you encounter this issue it is wise to download a newer one. The upload date should be in the the title of the file.
More goodies:
Mattoffshore has made a nice collection of tools and ICJ goodies. You can find it all here. He also post nightly builds sometime in the this thread!
ICJ Wallpaper thread:
This is a thread by Goku80. It contains alot of wallpapers, where you also can submit yours! Take a look it's worth it!
Version specific issues & fixes:
ICJ 3.3.4 (unofficial)

Issues:
Baseband issues for Vodafone branded phones/Middle East:
Finally someone managed to get his hands on the complete Vodafone branded radio. As I thought this fixes issues for people who have bad GSM/3G/HSDPA on Vodafone branded devices, and in some cases for HOX's in the Middle East. You can grab the download at the buttom. Thanks to codexc for sharing the files!
Also the baseband from the 3.20.401.1 (5.1204.162A.29) update is included now in ICJ (version 3.1).
GPU Rendering "issue":
By default forced gpu rendering is off. This could lead to some graphical issues and sometime slower framerates (with gaming). To turn it on go to: "Settings" -> "Developer Options" -> "Force GPU Rendering". Turning this on could lead to the fact some pictures uploaded here on XDA are not actually shown when using the official XDA app. Disable this once again and to fix this.
Theme issues:
Some people are having issues while changing their theme. A known solution is switch back to system theme (and set back original DPI if you have DPI issues), do a reboot and then try to apply the theme you want again (and if you have DPI issue you can now change it back).
Toggles issues:
If they don't work at all, simply flash newest GAPPS (also mentioned at top of FAQ). Try again and now they should work!
Music lag (while screen off) issues:
Turn "Increase Audio Min freq" to on. It's located in IceCold Custom Settings.
GPS issues:
First see if the GPS icon appears in the notification bar. If it doesn't, there is a great chance that you flashed a custom kernel and didn't flashed the right modules (or a kernel with a broken GPS) or that it could be a hardware failure. If you do have the icon appearing in the notification bar and still have issues try this:
* Download app called GPS status from market (Note: I removed GPSfix due the new airpush ads.)
* Go to a place were you normally wouldn't have any problems with fixing location
* Start the app
* If your GPS isn't broke you should get connection to multiple satellites.
* Let it run and see if it gets a fix now
* it will also show the error value which indicates the correction of the measurement
* Now try again with any other app, it should be working now
ADB issues:
Sometimes for no reason ADB stops to work. This could have many reasons. First of all check if it is enabled at dev options. If it doesn't work after that it's mostly the shortest way to uninstall and reinstall the Android SDK. In some cases downgrades (older SDK) could work to.
WiFi issues compared to Sense:
Alot of users are reporting that they have less signal with WiFi on AOSP based roms. This is not true, I even tested it myself. It is true that AOSP displays less bars then on Sense, but the signal strength is still the same. If you really have WiFi issues perhaps check if you have one of the faulty batches which has bad wiring at the right upper corner of your phone (more on xda about this, not gonna explain whole thing again). Otherwise, set you battery icon to text only. You should see better values now.
Ringtone/Sound issues:
You missed a call because you didn't hear your ringtone? Or you did you put on a song in a noise free room and still don't hear it? This (AwesomeBEATS) and this (Acid Mod) could be your solution. How to install and how to use are in the linked threads.
Battery issues:
If you are experiencing battery drains you could use Wake lock detector to what apps are causing this. At start of the app you will see the stats at once.
* Disable locations services
* Turn off/delete Google Now
* Longer/higher auto-sync values
* Watch out for 3rd party apps/widgets draining
* Keep in mind this isn't Sense!!
Usage:
ADB and UMS at the same time
Follow the instructions given in the PDF. Thanks Eyosen for sharing!
Multi touch and gaming
This is fixed in ICJ 3.2, by default! Due to touch calibration some games that require multi touch won't work well. There is a simple way to disable touch calibration with a single command line for the terminal. Just execute the code below. To set it on again just echo a 1. Or if you are on a newer version of the ROM you can also disable it at "Settings -> Device options -> Calibration Control".
echo 0 > /sys/android_touch/calibration_control
Disable Caller ID:
The setting for Caller ID is located here "Phone App --> Menu --> Settings --> Additional Settings --> Caller ID"
Changing kernel and modules:
For some reason you might want to switch the kernel. First of all, DON'T FORGET THE MODULES AND REPACK! You can use the online kernel repacker, but there is also a option to do it yourself. With this guide you should be able to do that. What they don't mention is that when you install Cygwin you need to install the perl libaries to get this script to work. You only need the working ramdisk of ICJ and the kernel without ramdisk to get this work. If you split the boot.img the ramdisk is located in the out folder, generated on excute of the extractboot command. Copy this content to the kernel you want to use, so you replace the content in the out folder (you need to extractboot the other kernel to). After this run the packboot command and your new kernel will be named boot_new.img.
Changing governor and cpufreq:
For tweaking cpufreq's and voltage I recommend to use Trickster Mod. Also Performance Control is removed again from version (2.5.1/2.6) as it turns out to be a battery drainer again.
3-dot button:
"Settings" -> "Rom Control" -> "General UI" -> "Show menu UI overflow".
Fast charge:
Fast charge is a charging method for USB which makes charging faster by highing up the voltages levels, it now is compared to AC speed of charging. To use it is quite simple, as fast charge is activated by a statusbar toggle. Just enable the toggle (Settings -> Rom Conrol -> Enabled Toggles -> Fast Charge). If your phone is now connected with a USB it will "fast charge".
Change bootanimation if option in Rom Control doesn't work:
The bootanimation of this rom is located at system/media/bootanimation.zip. You can simply change it by overwrite the bootanimation.zip before you flash the rom. Altough do make sure you have a bootanimation with the right resolution. If you want a nice black and white AOKP bootanimation from djcsurf click here. Here is the original bootscreen of AOKP located (from old ICJ builds). Just flash in recovery!
Changing DPI - Play Store Issues (Multi DPI Play Store):
If you change the DPI of your phone some apps won't show up in Play Store. For this issue there is a multi DPI Play Store. You can find it here. In case you want to know what a "Inverted Play Store" is, this is a Play Store with the opposites colors (white = black, black = white). Also keep in mind that Google can autoupdate your Play Store, then you need to reflash a NEWER version of the multi DPI mod. Also make sure you flash multi DPI Play Store after you flashed GAPPS.

Ok.. Let the Fun Begin
Gonna flash this later (tethered right now lol) but can't use as a daily driver without BT (Sony Smartwatch and car headunit) necessities for me. If there is anything I can do to help with those let me know and I'm more than happy to put some dedicated time aside to help for BT. (Not *****ing by any means not flashed something in so long even flashing this on and off my One X will be fun no matter how many times )
Wait, I don't get this. Is this a new thread? :/

what I figured from the rest.. it's either GPS or BT... very dependant between... but BT still wasn't fixed by anone..
Trip's BT turns ON, but it can't connect to any devices...
I hope he's on a good track

Maybe you should make two versions: one with BT and one with GPS. Or if that's too messy, you could make a poll and see what is more important to the people.

hahaha
aokp merged features till now:
http://gerrit.sudoservers.com/#/q/status:merged+branch:jb-mr1,n,z
and BLN isn't AOKP feature.
it's patch originally made for my Desire HD rom IceClodSandwich by Robin... I just did Setting option so you can chose it
I'll be adding that to ROM of course, but I want at least for the first version to be as pure aokp as possible.. it lowers the possibility of bugs and issues... at least until we sort OneX bugs on 4.2 base.. clear?

I sad no one has made BT working till now..

Yea, but I saw Trip's post about an either-or situation with GPS and BT. And I think that you'll have the BT up and running in no time, so it's gonna be either GPS or BT. That's just an assumption, it could be wrong and you could make both work

[ROM][KK][11.01.2014]CenterClockDate+Color - transparent + S3/S4 Themed [CM Based]

Hi Galaxy S1 Fans,
I compiled my first ROM from source and included a couple of my mods from the other threads, as well as the well known RichSiya theme made @erpurohit and the also very popular [MOD] S4 Themed Notification Drawer v3.0 with the beautiful tiles and toggles made by @jokubas00.
And additional along with the rom comes a transparent view in settings, a special trebuchet launcher made by @sbradymobile and CyanogenMod.
So what makes this JB Rom so special:
- Center clock which can be moved to the right and individual colored (via settings)
- Short date selectable to the center clock
- 100% transparent statusbar
- 100% transparent settings made by @peetu20: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=42080037&postcount=192
- special Trebuchet Launcher with selectable background in drawer (colorpicker) and special settings menu (see screenshots)
- Modded MMs with 6 rows of written text visible in SMS (think I "learned/covered" it from Difusas Thread)
And why is Rods KitKat Rom so special:
- Center and Date clock included, individual selectable style, format and color
- 100% transparent statusbar if using included Launcher 3
- 100% transparent settings
- Modded MMs with 6 rows of written text visible in SMS
- Special Trebuchet Launcher included (transparent background setting etc.)
- Mackay Kernel included
Beside of above features, all other is compiled from and with CyanogenMod source codes, the kernels from Mackays and DerTeufels github.
What will perhaps come in near future?
- Transparent + colored Statusbar with color picker (WIP)
- Transparent Statusbar also when Trebuchet is selected Released see changelog
- full set of clock and date styles and color Released see changelog
- Selectable Am/PM clock style via settings Released see changelog
- Kernel change to Mackay Kernel Released see changelog
- Add ones with different transparency for statusbar and settings background Released in 2nd post
- removing some not so necessary apps, to make ROM "slimmer"
- including brightness slider above or below tiles
So all thanks and credits go to:
@CyanogenMod for the source code and trebuchet
@sbradymobile for the changes in Trebuchet and his help
@DerTeufel1980 and SLIM TEAM whose source codes for the clock and Date Settings mod I covered and ported to the ROM and
@Margaritov for the color picker source codes
@erpurohit for the S3 Theme
@jokubas00 for the S4 toggles and tiles
@peetu20 for the transparent background in settings
@kasper_h for his Kernel Source Codes and his permission to use his Kernel
@homeslice976 for his quide and %battery digits in 4.4 KitKat
@thomassafca for the permission to use the pngs from his free TouchWiz 5.0 theme
PS: if I forgot someone, please advice me and I will add him at once!
I "only" compiled this ROM from mentioned sources and did some changes. Almost all work was done from the devs, not from me!
Installation:
Rods Kitkat CM-11.0 version:
If you are coming from an other version then CM-11.0 based, do a full wipe/factor reset and format systems. Then flash the rom and reboot, then flash gapps.
If you are coming from an other cm based rom, you can just flash this rom on top.
- Flash KitKat Google Apps: http://d-h.st/users/dhacker29?fld_id=27426
To remove back to cm10.2:
Flash sema_3.3.0 in recovery then reboot to recovery, do a factory reset, then flash CM10.2 and reboot!
CM-10.2 version:
If you are coming from a CM based 4.3 rom, you can flash it on top without wipes.
If you are coming from a for example AOSP or AOKP a full wipe/factory reset is recommended.
Flash Rom and flash latest gapps: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip and enjoy !
And if you have any issues, please also do a full wipe and factory reset.

Thanxx for your work & effort, good luck with this project! :good:
You are welcome, and thanks for your kind words and wishes !
My wishes for luck and prosperity. I like Mackay but certainly in next days I shall give a shoot on your ROM. Only thing I wonder is the kernel, could it be possible to work if I flash Mackay?

Many thanks :good:...glad to see/read you in my rom thread !! Yes you can flash the Mackay Kernel just on top, should be possible without issues... I know you prefer Mackay, thats ok and I would appreciate, if you try mine as well anyways . Will see what future brings: perhaps my next version has Mackay Kernel? Perhaps the new base Omni will be grown up and included?
Good job my friend

Thanks my friend !!
Hello and good evening, as promised I added in second post, an alternative transparent version one for the 80% statusbar and one for the 80% transparency in settings. And one including both. There are only the apks included and not the complete rom to flash. Trebuchet background can be individual choosen in its setting. Have fun and a good evening...!
Can you please tell how much ram is there?
No this feature is missing in recent apps, only kill apps is there. Or is there an other possibility to get this datas? But it should be almost equal then original CM ROM.
@rodman01 Good to see a build from you
Great looks <3
I just wanna know how much total RAM is available. Is it 384MB or more?
Dude I had problems with transparent statusbar...
I am now on GamerzROM v4.0
I had applied 100% transparent status bar mod...
But what I noticed was the statusbar becomes white when I open whatsapp or opera...
Be sure to mod the ROM so that except for settings and home screens the status bar remains black...
Just a suggestion... Anyways good luck with the project and just nudge if u need any help... Cheers!!!
Press Thanks if I helped

Hi there and good morning, now I found the info or details I think you are asking for. Please see the screenshots. They are made with standard installation with gapps and no other or further app installed till now. And no apps closed manually. All is running automatically and managed by Android !

This is known or how it is supposed to work at the moment. The statusbar becomes transparent also in apps and drawer screens. I didn't find a solution yet. But perhaps, if I could realize to include the manual color setting via color picker for the statusbar too, that this "problem" is gone too.
Hi Rodman, a formal hello from my sgs with your ROM:victory:. Dirty Flashed over Mackay rom and pa gapps an hour back , all is fine (except status bar background style which causes fc to settings). I like your mods and icons, and I prefer 80% transparency (I use photos for background and full transparent is confusing!). keep going, good job. I shall stay for couple of days with cm kernel and then try Mackay(I like also because of twrp recovery).
Thank you
Hello tsatomas, hey what a nice feedback...many thanks.....yes choosing statusbar background in settings causing fc is known and is WIP and I try to get this to work too. Which is one of my next big aims and hopefully released already in next version :fingers-crossed:.
And yes background transparency of drawer and settings is a matter of personal taste and depends on or is related to the wallpaper or picture one is using. I personally prefer the 100% alternative .
Good rom, I like. Not if the kernel is Cyano?I think with Mackay kernel RAM would be higher. It's nice with the theme KitKat.
Yes indeed full transparency is better when you have a simple wallpaper without many colors and details. May be you could have it as standalone zip just in case (not to flash again the ROM for it)
Also I must say that l find more nice things as more I use it, for example the phone menu is better here. For the SMS I still use an old apk since 4.2 from xenon ROM which can be fully themed (background , fonts etc). I would like to share few ideas but I think its better to pm if you don't mind

Sure pm me with your ideas and suggestions, then we can discuss about it and I will see whether I can and I am able to include it.
Good idea with standalone zip for the 100% transparencies, thanks and I will do this soon.
