help with boot animation

hello i have a problem with a bootanimation
i have create a bootanimation and dont work is all time black screen (no boot-loop)
can someone see it and tell me why it become this ?

P.S. I Use WanamLite Rom and Phenomenal Kernel

yepp place ur bootanimation to system /media then place a copy of ur bootanimation to data/local ... if it works for u press the thanks button

phenomenal based on speedmod kernel, to make your bootanimation work you should do this:
use root explorer, copy your bootanimation to /system/media, make sure you make 2 another copy bootanimation
rename 1st copy: ODEAnim.zip, 2nd copy: sanim.zip
go to /system/bin, look for samsungani and rename with samsungani.bak
look for bootanimation and rename with samsungani
reboot and enjoy your new bootanimation:good:

something wrong with your bootanimation bro, just tried and i got black screen as you said
maybe you can try bootanimation from WarriorMan, just tested and it works flawlessly, and look like it is same with your bootanimation

i use wanam 12.3 and phenomenal 6.1, tested zhamnov bootanimation it works

[UPDATED]Custom Animated Bootanimation/Dominican&Puerto Rican FLAG&MORE

Works on AOSP roms haven't tried it on stock roms...FLASH ON YOUR OWN RISK...
1. Rename zip to bootanimation
2. Put bootanimation zip in system/media folder
3. Mount/Reboot
4. Enjoy

[REQ] Linkin Park ring bootanimation and lockscreen for Galaxy S2

Hey I am kinda theming my phone with Linkin Park so is there anyone who can create a beautiful bootanimation consisting of Linkin Park logo ring ( like one in my profile pic) and also a lockscreen using that ring.

I'm no Dev, but maybe if you provided someone with a jpeg, they might be able to work with it.
Also, I think there's a way that the user can edit the boot animation through system files, search the forum a bit, and you may find.

same way i described just rename to bootanimation.zip first

Android actually keeps*two*copies of the animation file. One is stored at*/data/local*and the other at*/system/media. The difference between these locations is minor.
The /data/local copy does not require root access. The phone also uses this animation before the other.
The other one in /system/media does require root. However, installing a new animation to /system/media means that it will survive a factory reset. It’s a trade-off.

buddy, just look into /system/media. There would be a bootanimation.zip. just have a copy of that first & then follow the process below:
Extract the above given file after downloading
in System/media folder there might be bootanimation.zip file
replace it with your mobile /system/media/
Give right of -rw-r--r--
Reboot. Enjoy..
For safety purpose, take backup first.

I tried doing it in both ways.. both clicking and copying it to system/apps it still not being installed

You can try this if you want.

I attached the version that comes with Jelly Bean 4.1.1 and the one from Jelly Bean 4.1.2 :victory:
For install:
1° Download .zip file
2° Extract .apk file
3° Put it onto your mobile device
4° Using Root Explorer (or any other app of your preference like it) move it to system/app
5° Change permissions to "rw - r - - r - -" (Clic here for see an image)
6° Reboot

The one from JB 4.1.2 is the one coming from Note 2, just make sure that after paste it on system/app you change the permissions! then reboot.
