Hello! I was wondering if it somehow is possible to make a ''spinning dock'' for the dock who is in this pic:

I mean that you can spin the dock so it can be like a camera icon, a gallery, internet and market?
Just another quick thing, is there any possibility i can install Android on my archos 9 pctablet/Android market atleast? I would be really great if someone could learn me how to do it if its possible!
