Does anyone know where to find stock roms for AT&T? The sticky in the dev forum is broken. The latest "stock rom" is an international rom. The earlier "stock rom" is a rooted rom.

Well yeah if you have the i747 then you would flash the roms in this section, but like the guy above me stated don't accidently flash a rom from the international section.
