You can flash any custom rom because of that.
You could try extracting an img from the RUU.exe.
http://www.androidruu.com/?developer=Vision
Only a more recent than the one installed on your phone.
Hello,
I broke my phone by installing custom ROM and I didn't backup.
Now i'm trying to fix it by flashing HTC one x firmware.
-fastboot devices
-fastboot oem lock
-fastboot oem rebootRUU
-fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
OKAY [ 1.690s]
writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) adopting the signature contained in this image...
(bootloader) signature checking...
(bootloader) checking model ID...
(bootloader) checking custom ID...
(bootloader) checking main version...
FAILED (remote: 43 main version check fail)
My HTC one x CID: 11111
Hboot version: 1.12
Am I using wrong Firmware version or I have to change META-INF(updater-script) content...or something else ?
Please help me, Thanks in advance.
