It doesn't work. It won't let me install it for some reason so I pushed it to system and changed the permissions and it crashes
Edit. It was an issue with tapatalk download. Got it working. Thanks for this!

Can you make it so it directs the backups to external SD? None of my backups are on internal due to size constraints

You want it so the backup is stored on the external instead of the internal? I can add that in the next release.

I read the OP but it says its gonna wipe my internal SD card, such as data and media.
I got a bunch of movies on my Int. SD card, so do I have to move them to my SD card?
That or back them up to a pc. Superwipe wipes everything but external sd.
Sounds like you are looking for something more like the factory reset through cwm or twrp.

Just go into cwr and mounts and storage and format system, data, and cache.
It will accomplish the same thing

You won't be able to restore to the backups that those blobs pertained to.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda premium
Ahhh! Wait. Deleting the /blobs folder would be very bad, if you wanted to restore backups! See this post by CWM's developer:
https://plus.google.com/103583939320326217147/posts/L5aVZe7C9vg
Some of you may be thinking "well, how do I delete a backup?".
First, never delete the blobs directory. This would actually delete all your backups by rendering them unusable.
Simply delete the usual backup directory, and the next time you run a backup, all the unused hash files will be automatically delete (a process known as garbage collection). The recovery will show "Freeing space..." while this is happening.

Make sure again ur preferred install location is ext sd card...Try formatting the card ..Still doesnt work try with a different memory card..May be the sd card is corrupted..
On formating it will work but some of them say that main cause is rooting...

Not because of rooting. Of-course, this can be resolved only by root option. The same problem happened to me 2 or 3 times while i install it manually from SD-card (App downloaded from other website and not from playstore).
Follow steps for installing manually from SD-card
You need
ES File Explorer
Rooted Phone
First Open ES File Explorer
On the left Tab you will see Tools
Click Root Explorer
Click One Key Install
Navigate to location of the APK file
Just click the file
***Grant permission from Super User ****
This worked for me. If it works for you too. Press Thanks :fingers-crossed:

This is the Sprint section correct? Sprint phones are US variants right? My sig says I support the S3 and Galaxy Nexus right? Your signature says SPH-L710 right? Too many rights for it to be wrong.
If you sprint phone is not one of the new ones with the issue mounting storage then yes this will work for you. This updates your bootloader, fimware/modem to the latest md4 updates.

You downloaded that file right? When you boot into recovery click on flash zip from internal storage that's where it should be. Then look in the download folder.
When you download files you should be able to choose the download path, so that you know exactly where it's going.
I download everything to my external storage (sd card) then using root explorer I move it to my file system which I set up, roms, kernels, apps, mods, so on....

That's because you have flashed a 4.2 rom and your internal storage has moved to a different location. It's there you just need to find the correct path.

It should be on the root of the internal storage. To prevent this, stick to one version of the os. No one is going to give you their backup/nandroid. Go through the development section, there's a few 4.1.2 stock Roms with root.

In my past experience with cwm wiping data always wiped the internal storage.. So one way to prevent it from happening is to make backups to the external sdcard instead of internal.. I don't know how it works now because I've been using twrp for a while now.. And there is stock ROMs in the development section, you can just download one and flash it

Normally rom backup is secured and will not be wiped
You can download es file explorer and give root permission
Go to /device,- mnt folder - shell folder - you will find cwm folder and in that backup folder containing your all backup
