Can't Install from Market - HTC One X

Hello im runing ARHD 7.2.1 and when i try to install something from the play store i get this : Error processing purchase. [DF-BPA-09].Any ideas how i can fix this?

I had similar problem. I wiped cache and dalvik cache and Play Store worked fine after that.

I did wipe cache partition > Wipe Dalvik Cache, but still get the same error.
PS: I did this : Settings>Apps>All>Google Services Framework, Force Stop and the same for Google Play. Now it works fine!

How frequently one should clear dalvik cache and fix permission? ?

It does not have a rule. If you face problems with phone app, settings or any thing related to it, u can wipe cache/ dalvic cache.
And..
If you face problems with force close or slow response/ error in default/ user app, u can fix permission. Usually you should do it when you install/ change gapps or some system apps.

Trough ClockWorkMod Recovery... Wipe cache from the 1st screen, and wipe dalvik cache & fix permissions from advanced menu...
Or, you can use Rom Manager to fix permissions... for wiping caches i don't know if you can do it from Rom manager, exception when you are flashing a zip--> before rebooting into CWM a popup asks what do you want to wipe...

market doesn't work

since yesterday i can't download a app or updates.
i became error -101..
try to delete market cache.. nothing

Also wipe market's data, not only cache. Then go to back to applications screen, select Download Manager and also wipe cache and data there.

Hm, usually that solves the problem. Did you explicitly follow the instructions?
- setting / applications / manage applications
- select "all"
- tap "Google Play Store"
- clear cache
- clear data
- back to list
- tap "Google Services Framework"
- clear cache
- clear data
- boot into CWM
- wipe cache
- wipe dalvik-cache
- reboot
if you did all the steps in this order, I'd suggest to give it another shot - just to make sure
definitly did the right steps

ok, look into the CM9 threads in the Development section (there aren't that much) - I remember someone did upload the newest playstore. You could give it a try.

Im on ROOTED Samsung Galaxy S2 (I9100) Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread (no custom roms)
and had same problem: Google Play Store error 492 every time I download.
Everything else works fine.
Did the same standard steps as given above and elsewhere:
1) formatted and/or remove SD card as it was corrupted
2) TB backup, factory reset, TB restore
3) clear data/cache Google Play Store,Google Service Framework
4) even reverted to older version of Play Store
5) boot into recovery (btw press VolDn-Home-Pwr buttons for SGS2 NOT just VOLdn-Pwr)
clear system/dalvik cache
Nothing worked. Still got error 492 for every Play Store download.
My solution: Go to 'Download Manager' app in Settings and hit 'uninstall updates' button.
Problem went away.
I suspect that if I had just fixed(formatted or removed) my corrupted SD card and done 'uninstall updates'
for Download Manager (and possibly Play Store) that would have fixed the problem.
btw, .android_secure dir exists on both internal and external SD cards with no problems.

I have an SG3, and I started receiving the Error 492, and also nearly all apps are getting an error message "unfortunately (insert name of app) has stopped) too. I haven't done anything to the phone recently, this happened overnight. I have tried clearing the caches in the app settings menu, but the last step requires CWM which is no longer compatible with the SG3 since the 4.2 android update.
(After the 4.2 updated screwed up my root I had previously tried using CWM once I fix root access and ended up soft bricking my phone each time and I'd have to re-load the Android Software from the beginning to get my phone working again, and re-root it...again.)
So, any solutions that don't require CWM?

Do you mean with clearing cache on the playstore and service is it included with clearing the data?
If not you should clear the data first for both playstore and the googleservice then restart your phone. That should really get rid of that problem. And it is 90% working for me every time i have that problem.

Yes.. I think you have to clear data (not cache) for both.. and try again

Apps will not update

Suddenly after lollipop update none of my apps will udate through Google play
Any ideas
Just tried it on mine and they are able to update.
Did you try clearing cache on the playstore app?
Clear cache and data then Force Stop and reopen Play Store and try again.
Play store app shows no data or cache to be cleared
Force Stop it. Reboot phone to recovery. Clear cache. Reboot back into system and check it again.
