well phone its used but im not so sure if its hardware or software issue but i think its broken from an application because when i connect to pc . the pc make a beep which means phone its reconized !

Try to see if you can get into hboot by holding volume down and power button at same time. If so see if you can get into recovery. If so then you can flash a rom but you will have to remove a sd card to place rom on it with a card reader adapter. Or even place the pd98img.zip rom and boot into hboot and let it do its thing. This is considering you are rooted.
Edit: if you can get into hboot see if you are s-off if so your rooted.

(Q)Crashing

Hello,
My HTC Desire HD dont stop to open Car Home and crashing when i open applications. Why does it's do that?
maybe its because i used to charge my phone with Nokia cable?
Thanks for helpers.

I don't quite understand, are you using an Application called Car Home? - Does every single app you start crash? Do the crash reports tell you anything specific?
Is your phone rooted?
You wrote that you charged the phone with a Nokia charger or just the usb and plugged that in to your own power supply?
If it was just the USB and your own power supply, or at least a HTC certified one there is no problem.
As well as written by fuzzbeans u have to specify more...
Rooted Phone is necessary to hack your device.
If your issue is made on a RUU DHD the problem become a huge problem.
I can suggest u the following steps:
if it's rooted, so flash another ROM,
if it's not a rooted phone and u want keep it so, than go to the HTC official website and install the upgrade.
If u don't want to keep your phone unrooted, than downgrade it to 1.32 and burn it with root, radio s off, eng s-off and flash a new cooked ROM.
By guy and feed back your decision.
My phone is rooted,
And not every app is crash but when i see a video its crash.
Thanks for the fast response.

No, imo it has nothing to do with the charger. I use a Play Station portable charger brazes together with an old usb cable to chare my phone...
You said that your phone is rooted. Are you running any custom rom? If so, try to flash another one.

[Q] My DHD can't start, vibrate 3 times and orange LED blinks

Hi all,
My DHD is bricked (I think).
I turned off the DHD and never restart.
When I try to access to the recovery the phone vibrate 3 times and nothing on the screen.
When I send : "adb devices" it replies HT0xxxxxxxxxxx recovery.
I tried adb restast recovery but it is the same result: vibrate 3 times and orange blinking, nothing on the screen.
The HBOOT driver is installed and in the peripheral manager my DHD appears : android USB devices
What can I do ??
Help me please and sorry for my bad English !!
What eactly did you do with your phone before this happened?. Is it rooted?
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using XDA Premium App
I just switch off.
Yes it is rooted, I have the MIUI ROM.
Its not bricked. Most likely a. Hard.ware fault. Do you have warrenty on it. It needs repair or replace

Are you sure it was a battery problem? Coz my phone's vibrating 3 times as well.
In another forum, their phone supposedly vibrates 7 times, and theyve got a motherboard problem.
I just wanna know if mine is a problem with battery! :/

I'm not able to select the USB mount option but I think my phone is working since I can hear my emails being received.
U could buy a card reader and plug it into ur computer, they r quite cheap, bout 10 euro i think. I got 1 with my new sdcard as a package

You need to download the VI aka virtuous infinity 1.35 beta1 rom on your pc. Then place the zip on sdcard. Unfortunately you will have to flash that rom. Follow paarthdesai's instructions. Lastly if you forgot your gmail password u will have to retrieve it. Keep in mind that it could be the kernel that is causing this issue, just a guess, dont have other details so this is the best i can do... PM if you neef further info. Easy fix.....trust us.....

lol. it's not the kernel =).
he put the wrong combination too many times and he doesn't know his gmail password. and we don't have Vi virtuous infinity. This is ONE V forum!
for the op:
And yeah, as paarthdesai says, this phone might be stolen given the fact that you are posting from a DESIRE HD and you state that YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR GMAIL PW? come one, everyone here knows that if you have 2 android phones, you are keeping your gmail account like a saint (giving the fact that is strictly related to the market and other android related stuff). also, you don't know how to enter in hboot and you are having desire hd + one v? or your one v is new in your hands and you don't know how the hell can you enter in this area?
another thing that intrigues me is that, you say that when you open the WIFI, nothing happens, this means that you have your router at home passworded and being a stolen phone, you cannot connect to your router because you can't go to settings to put in the password.
nice going.
dude as icebox says..
100% doubt we have
soo no help from me neither 1cebox i think.. go to htc centre they will fix it themselves.. nd also ul be verified that phone is urs ..

Its probably not a stolen phone, but I guess he found it and decided to keep it. I might be wrong.
Factory reset in recovery is the best way
Haters gonna hate. Potatoes gonna potate. Waiters gonna wait. Aligators gonna aligate.
I KNOW MY GMAIL PASSWORD, just tell me how can I switch the WiFi on so the phone can verify it!!!

Thank God I solved my problem. For all of you saying I stole it, I can show you the receipt if you want. I thought this community was better. The Desire HD is mine and I'm no noob, but the One V is my sis's and she did that crap.

[Q] Desire hd - flickering screen

Hi,
I have a problem with my desire hd...
My device seems to have lost all screen quality from one moment to another... i left the phone in my room for a couple of hours and when i came back it was CRAZY :silly:...
the colors are always changing and the resolution is very poor...
The device is functioning perfectly except that...
I tried to take screen shots but when i put the images in my PC they look fine....
when i see photos on the phone the image sill flicks, change color and has a bad resolution....
I once had a similar problem on my laptop and it was just a bad connected plug from the screen...
do you think its a hardware or software problem? does anyone knows how to fix it?
Sorry for the long post
Hey
What ROM ya running buddy? Rooted?
Can you provide that info please.
Seem smore like a harware problem
Sent from my REVOlutionary Desire HD
thanks don't hurt ya know?
Seing as your screen shots are fine it's not going to be s Rom fault, more likely a faulty interconector between the motherboard and the screen
