problem cyanogenmod 10

Hello to everyone......I have installed cyanogenmod unofficial experimental 20-10-12 release data......All work perfectly,but the only problem and the most important,I can't see youtube's videos......The known bug is buffering on HQ videos,no my problem.....Do you know the problem?thanks....Sorry for my bad english......

Whose version of cm10 are u using...
If Mr. Ben's, then there is this latest build uploaded that sorts that problem out....
you can't play high quality videos frm youtube, other videos work fine for me....
Download the latest version of the rom and youtube too.. that shud fix it.. else post asap... please try to give more details about your problem... it helps us to help you...

Thanks for reply man.....I installled this:cm-10-20121012-EXPERIMENTAL-marvel-NIGHTLY.zip sorry but I don't remember where I download it......ANd another problem is that don't work home button in all version of jelly bean that I tried......If you can post me the update of my version I prreciate so much....thanks again.....

Dude, search for cm10 in the android development forum... you will find the nightly builds which are I think being maintained by dudeman1996..
Download the latest build, if that doesn't solve it nothing will...
cm-10-20121012-EXPERIMENTAL-marvel-NIGHTLY.zip is an experimental build after all...
Home button works for me fine.. try flashing the rom again with proper wipe, flash gapps after 1st bootand you shud be f9..... but first download the latest build of the rom....

Thanks man....al work perfectly now,only youtube with browser don't work but work only with youtube's app......Very well....But I have another problem.Intern memory is full......I can't install other applications.While with 7.2 I could move applications,now not......How can I resolve it?

[Q] Compiling CM10.1

Hey Guys i no i might seem like a noob but i want to compile cm10.1 for the play ive got a pc with pretty decent specs
i7 2600 3.4GHz And 4GB Of Ram and ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64BIT the questions is can it be done since fxp hasnt done this yet would i have to compile my own kernel and such

Firstly, This should go in the questions sub forum, that's what its there for. Secondly, FXP has a working build for the Xperia Play. So you could use there ROM as a base. Compile everything normally and CM10 should and when you build your ROM should work with CM10 ROMs. If not, you either heavily modified the ROM and you most likely will need a custom ROM(Unlikley) or you made a mistake. Reply if you need links to the got source. Happy building! :beer:

Oh OK! Didn't see the .1. Yes get it from source and try to port? You might have to make some kernel adjustments. I recommend trying to port a similar device or ROM using 4.2. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Seems that with the actual sources they put on github you can't achieve that,we need either fxp to push their source or to debug it ourselves, I just made a build this morning but it doesn't go past the kernel logo, and can't seem to be able to logcat, the strange thing is that adb doesn't recognize the phone but I was able to use flashtool to reboot it in flashmode via adb, any suggestions?

He will need to make modifications to Ramdisk for the kernel to work fxp cm10 zImage is fine

all of the guide that i read where about porting

i dont know why but when i port with guides in xda the bootanimation will come but the rom doesnt boot

You need to make sure you use roms from same resolution mobiles and both are armv7( xperia play is armv7). Also make sure to edit the right files and build prop correctly.

Got it working except WiFi. I am trying to figure out what file is messing it up anyone with suggestions?
BTW I already replaced the WiFi folder in etc.

As I know miui roms are based on official roms so maybe it's same problem as with miroslav unofficial 4.1 for 930?

Digging into this ROM it happens to have a cm10.0 base, I really would like to get WiFi working as this ROM seems smoother than any miui ROM I have tried.

Nope, it will have to be built from source as my normal porting methods are not working. With that being said there is a version from may that is very stable.

What did you do to get wifi working? Sorry about not getting back sooner. I will upload my port to my Google drive when I get home. Maybe we can get together to get it working, as I didn't seem to have the issues you did.

I have found previous miui 3/6/7 (port) and used boot and etc from there. That's all what i have done. Maybe rom needs some fixes but i am running it for 3 hours without any problem. So if you find something wrong, please fix it.
And please write small FAQ what should i change when porting from su 640. I think it will help many of us. I have created thread in devel section.

Please read carefull: i am not developer and don't know nothing about it. I just know that when you are porting rom from su640 you should replace boot.img and folder etc (system\etc where is wifi folder). I have found old miui port and took boot and etc folder to new version that's all. Maybe Swetnes will be glad to wright small instruction how to do it in normal way.

[Q] [GT-P5210] Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 - Kingo Android Root?

Hey there, I was wondering whether I could use the Software "KingoAndroidRoot" to simply root my GT-P5210.
Anyone tried this? Because http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432467 here the Root ZIP download does not work..
I could just click on root now but im a bit scared since I found nothing about my Tablet in combination with this software(kingo android root) :S can it even brick the device?
i have 4.2.2 installed... just want to get rid of all these preinstalled apps... touchwiz isnt too bad imo.
Still would apreciate roms, do you think in the future there might be cyanogenmod or something aviable for this device??

suddenly, after some try's (and samsung recovering the stock recovery -_-) i finally got it to reboot directly into Recovery to install root..
now finally I can get rid of these annoying preinstalled apps.. not as good as a whole rom, but a start!
