[Request] JB Native Style Notification Togles

Hello
I realize that the work on Jelly Bean mods are just startng
But seeing this mod got me inspired: http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1790256
Wouldn't it be cool to have the toggles integrated alongside settings button at the top?
And may be even make the settings button and the date removable to make room for more toggles?

Where should I find the apk, and why to hope for my best?

Take it from the rom. And hoping for your best is because some ics apks don't work on gb, but there should be a clone of the lwp somewhere anyway.....

ICS Blue wallpaper:
Has anyone created or can create a copy of the original Jelly Bean wallpaper, but use ONLY black as background and ICS blue for the textures.
Also can the live wallpaper version be created (dust particles)?
The ICS blue wallpaper pictured above is close, but i'm looking for a stock jelly bean wallpaper with black and ice blue colors.
