When can we share post to Google+? - About xda-developers.com

Hello XDA and fellow members. I want to start off by saying I love the new look/theme of XDA!! I don't why, but it just seems more user friendly and sophisticated to me. But anyway, to get to my question. When will we have the option to share to Google+? Up in the top right corner of an OP, it gives you the option to share this post on Facebook or to Tweet this post or even to report a post. I think Google+ plus has come far along now, that it is on the heels on contending with Twitter and Facebook. And I believe more users would use it, had we have options like this. I see all of the t.v. shows like CNN, etc..are adding the Google+ option. So when will XDA? Thanks!

"Top"-Button next to each post?

Hey!
So, I have my options here set to show 50 posts per page, but one thing I really miss for this is a button next to each post which brings me back to the top.
Sometimes I don't have to get all the way to the bottom in a thread and when I want to get back to the top, this means a lot of scrolling.
This gets even worse on my HD2...
If I'm at 3/4 of a page and want to get back to the top I have to zoom out and scroll ALL the way back to the top or to the bottom.
I've seen this feature in many fora, but I really miss that here
Would it be hard to implement here?
Regards,
Lukas
No answer to this request?
At least say "No"

Hey-- this is an entirely reasonable request, and I will put it on my list. We've been a bit behind recently in fixing vBulletin bugs (and adding new features) because we lost the developer who was helping out with that stuff. We're currently trying to find someone who knows vBulletin inside and out. If you guys know anyone, send me a PM.

How to subscribe to a forum like within the XDA app

So in the XDA premium app I can subscribe to entire forums (aka Verizon Galaxy S3) for quick easy access to all your devices etc. How do you do it on the main site through your computer, its driving me nuts. I have to bookmark all of my favorite forums (not threads) or go through and either search or navigate to the forum I am looking for. The control panel options and quick links only offer shortcuts to threads, not forums. I really hope that this is not the stupidest question ever, but I just can't figure it out
Moved to About XDA.
It can't be done. The most you can do is subscribe to 'General', 'Q&A' etc. but no way to do the lot.
I have suggested to the admins that this feature be added but heard nothing back, so I'll suggest it again later on.

[Q] instagram hack

XDA Is not the site where users ask for hacks or warez...Log off and try other places, XDA is NOT the answer....FSM Naddict has approved this message.
Wow, I don't even know where to start with you.
First (and most obvious), settle down with the huge font size. You're not going to get a better answer just because you highlighted and supersized the text. You're just being obnoxious.
Second. This forum is not a place for "hackers," as you're likely thinking it is. Please take a look at the Forum Rules. We are not a bunch of Scipt Kiddies who just want to mess with others privacy and screw around on their accounts. What we are is a group of developers and enthusiasts who want to get the most out of their phone's hardware and software. Posting this type of crap on our forum sullies our good name.
I look forward to when this thread is locked and deleted.

Again like I said in your other post. Private photos are made private for a reason. Likewise, xda will not help you hack a password. This community is not about what you ask. Go to your local jail and ask the criminals for help.

Whats Up with The Portal?

Everyday, I used to make it a point to log on to xda and read the portal post, which explains new ideas, announcements, new apps, new features, reviews etc. The post explaned everything and that was an excellent source of knowledge, probably around two articles a day. But since the past 2 days, I am seeing like hourly articles, which takes me to a different website. No article, Only link. No explanation, why I should use the app, etc. I feel angry now, as xda was my only tech read.
Would you please link me to a news posting that fits your description? I have not seen any like you have described in all my time here on XDA.

Got it. Thanks!
What about RSS?
I have the same problem, too many news. I don't need apk/theme "news" for example, I just like XDA News http://www.xda-developers.com/articles/
How can I do that? Thanks
6+ theme posts a day is ludicrous. Posts should probably be categorized and filterable. How do I weed the crap out of my RSS feed? It looks like I can subscribe to a combined feed with everything in it, a Comments feed, and an External Links feed, none of which are particularly useful since this update.
I miss being able to open the portal post to see comments and read the whole post. Is there any way to that anymore? It just directs you to whatever is linked. All the posts are cut off as well. You can clearly see the author has written something, but you can't read it, and when you click it you just get another website. Look at the attached pics.

Mobile view seems to truncate the text. On a desktop browser, you can see the rest of the sentence.
This listing confirms many of the leaks we have seen so far including: Snapdragon 810, 3Gb of RAM and a 5" 1080p screen.

The website you are being taken to is the article. This isn't an XDA article, it's just one we've linked to.
Thanks for the clearification. Is this also seen as mobile view? It's taken from a tablet with request desktop site on.

The website dynamically changes depending on device and screen size i think. So it's going to be slightly different again for tablets I think.

New Facebook Page

Hi Guys
There's a new facebook page for Elephone P8000.
www.facebook.com/elep8000
You can like, comment and contribute there.
There are many people who don't know how to go through the XDA forums well so the facebook can become an alternative.
Several People can be added as Administrators on that Page.
