cyanogen mod 9 nightly - Droid Incredible Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am looking for the link to cyanogen mod 9 nightly on their page. I downloaded one on the 12 but now when I go there it is only links to çm7 nightly.

There isn't an official cm9 for the Dinc.

You can try this 'unofficial' cm9 version.

There are a couple of others out there as well. This is the only one that I have tried. It is good for daily IMO.

[Q] Questions about nightly builds

Hi, I currently have Beta 6 installed and I was wondering:
a) how to install a nightly build (I've read some different approaches to this, especially which caches to wipe)?
b) is it possible to downgrade to an earlier nightly build the same way?
Thanks a lot!
You have to go into custom recovery then wipe cache partition then delvik then install the nightly. If you want to go back just do the same process as if you are updating.

Hey guys whats the difference between nightly builds and beta 6 ??
The nightly builds are updated more frequently then the beta. It is like versions of cm7 before a major beta release or rc0 release.

When you saw a new advance in changelog , but no maj yet .
The nightly is build with this change .
For downgrade , this is juste a rom you can wipe and restore a old maj ^^
Yer the latest nightly builds came out wondering if that ones running good if anyone's tried it let me know otherwise i wont bother installing it
Thanks guys
Does anyone have a known good link to a tutorial that would help us further understand the process of moving from CM7 beta 6 to a nightly build?

process issue with cm7

so anytime i try to use the market or send a mms msg i get the error of "the process android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly. please try again." this is on a g2 with cm7 rc3.
first of all rc3 is sooooooo old.... download either cyanogens latest mod by going to rom manager->download rom->cyanogenmod 7.0.3 ->downoad->and check google apps... oh and wipe everything.....
OR even better download htcclay's SuperCM7 by downloading wiping and flashing this....http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1076691
that'll fix it my friend..
Does anyone have the newest rom manager install file since I can't update it on my phone?

Status bar is force closing. Cm7.2 rc1 is also available, running smoothly. No problems for me, faster than stable 7.1, with some little things from ics like lockscreen rings.

CM11 had some updates that has seemed to get rid of the ghost touches. Which ever ROM you choose, choose a KitKat. You have to choose your own ROM, not really allowed to "recommend" a ROM on here.

Thanks, i tried cm10.2 but it was too slow, then i tried cm11 which was a lot better. There were a few bugs that i managed to fix but overall it was a good rom. :victory:
