HELP TYVM
First are you rooted. You can't install custom roms without root.
Second are you using cwm recovery or rom manager they both eat s**t when it come to flashing roms.
Third if you are rooted are you full wiping.

Bricked? "E: Failed to mount"

So for some reason my tablet decided to reboot and it got stuck on the Google part of the restart animation.
I ended up going into recovery mode and now if I try to wipe the cache or do a factory reset, I am getting the error:
E: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open cache/recovery/log
Has my device been bricked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Stock ROM, not rooted, 4.2.2

See if anything in this thread helps you, in short, if the fastboot suggestion given by AndDiSa can't help you, then you may be looking at sending it to asus (or google if you got through them directly).
I had the similar problem with my tablet and I couldn't wipe any partition (but it was after flashing custom recovery or sth.). After reflashing stock ROM in fastboot mode this problem disappeared.

Stuck at the Samsung logo

Hey guys, so my girlfriend's S4 mini won't turn on and its stuck on the Samsung booting logo. I did a hard reset, but with no luck, wiping the cache didn't help either. I flashed a stock rom with but that also didn't work. When i enter recovery mode this is what I get:

I have bad news for you. If none of those methods that you tried worked, it probably means you have a fried storage which is probably the cause of the Recovery not being able to mount the partitions as it cannot find any.

E: Can't mount /system after JB flash

Hi,
after i flashed I8160XXNB1_I8160OXXNB4_HOME.tar.md5 with Odin v3.07 I'm landing in "Android system recovery <3e>" with the error msg:

I can start Temp_CWM_6.0.2.8.zip provided by ace2nutzer (a2n) but there I can't install a new ROM (for example cm-11-20170618-UNOFFICIAL-FULL-codina.zip) i get the error:
This package is for "codina.i8160.GT-i8160[..]" devices; this is a "" (Status 7)
Click to collapse
And from there I'dont know what else I could do. Any suggestions?
EDIT: What I forgot to tell you, I applied cwm_cm11_partition_layout_sdcard_only.zip before that so maybe the Partitions are not correct now
I fix it by editing the updater-script in cm-11-20170618-UNOFFICIAL-FULL-codina.zip to
assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "")

and that allowed me to successfully install the ROM!

Good work! But next time asking you need to go to Q&A section, not General.
I solved flashing the stock ROM and the PIT file with odin.
I had to do that because, with your same ROM, I destroyed all of the partitions. Now the PIT file has recreated them.
